Girl with the colourful hair that served us was rude and gave us small portions when ordered large and she refused to add more. Imagine 1 scoop on a cone. We showed the gentleman at the cash register our portions and he added more so thank you. We ordered one of their new flavours and 1 popular; they both were disappointing. My wife and I are Persian and Persian desserts/ice cream are some of the best in the world. When we saw this place packed every weekend we thought we’d treat ourselves to some ice cream, but boy was the experience disappointing, especially with their price point. The ice cream sandwiches from great value has more flavour than what they serve. I ended up throwing out mine half way and put the other one in the freezer. I’ve never seen my wife not finish her ice cream.

Best ice cream shop!! They give giant scoops for very decent price and the flavour is amazing. The campfire smores and muskoka tracks are my favourite. The service is very fast and are able to accommodate both drive thru and inside service. Parking lot is small so sometimes have to park on side roads when it's

Fantastic ice cream, I visit nearly every time I'm visiting from southern Ontario. I found a way to carry tubs home without them melting, so next time I'll be getting a tub of tiger tail! ❤️

Very bad service and rude, 3 girls working there ( Children)No manner don't acknowledge customer waiting for over 10 minute waiting for one of them to take order but instead decide not too until I adk then she looked me with flat face ( Misrable, oh when my husband & I walked to there shop one of them mapping the floor in fact was washing the floor too much water I thought there is a water leak or walking to Car washNever go back yo this placeDon't waste your money over there

Kawartha! I think we must renew our customer service in new century. Thats not 1956 anymore, people are in rush and busy working.waited in line for 10 minutes while there were inly two guys infront of me.
Been coming here for years, maybe not as often because I moved. Disappointed with the scooped of ice cream I got. It looks like you just scrape the bottom of the bucket with a spatula and it was not frozen like it normally is. ?

Always a treat when we visit Newmarket area. Tons of different flavours to try. Drive-thru and parking lot can get congested at times. They sell more than ice cream.
