It took 15 mins to get our drinks because there was apparently only 1 bartender. Thren it took 30 mins for our food during a lunch service. Not the best experience. Our server was really sweet and apologized.

We all had ribs. They were great. Biana added to the experience with her great service. She is very genuine and accommodating. We’ll definitely be back to this location.
Came here for happy hour and the menu was decent. The staff was friendly, and we got both our food and drinks fairly quickly. The only improvement I'd suggest is to have a separate menu for happy hour, because the server had to repeat the menu verbally twice.

I was craving a caesar salad and steak so this hit the spot - the steak was pretty flavourful and tender although too cooked for my liking. The caesar salad was typical. However, the portion was quite small considering I paid $21.98 for it (including $2.99 add on for steak.) For the price and considering Kelsey’s is a chain restaurant, you’d expect a bigger portion.
Burger and fries was pretty good - flavourful and juicy and they do give you a lot of fries although burger again, was not the biggest portion - boyfriend polished off the burger in maybe five bites? Fries had a nice bite and were well salted. They could be crispier.
I also got a diet pepsi that was kind of flat although the molson’s beer was good.
The service wasn’t bad, the server did her job, albeit with a bit of attitude. She didn’t seem too thrilled to be there but honestly, I’m not sure I would be either if I were working dinner on a Sunday night.
Also on the site, it says happy hour starts at 8pm but when we inquired about it, we were told it was actually at 9pm so that probably needs to be updated.
Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options on the menu including quesadillas and a plant based burger and most salads have meat as an add-on.
Dietary restrictions: Server will mention specific ingredients that people may not be aware of (like bacon in the caesar salad)
Parking: Ample parking in the plaza and a spot for electric cars too.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids running around and a kids menu is available
They fit our team in and got us out quickly in time for our next game.

Rachel and Kasey are amazing. The manager BJ is very professional and very caring for his associates and patrons. The food is always tasty. Really like the fish and chips . The chefs are also very accommodating as we sometimes ask for a substitution. We highly recommend this location
Parking: Adequate, have never had a problem finding a spot.
