Short staff, drink and services are not as good as the other ones. Constantly short of supplies, store is dirty and darker then the other locations so if you have a choice, BETTER go to another location.
The drinks are always good, and this location is clean with seatings available. Couldn't give it a five star because there was only one person working, She was moving extremely slow, so my drink took quite a long time to be made.
One of the best bubble tea stores in Markham. A lot of other bad reviews are from when the store was still brand new so staff were still getting used to working there. They are very friendly and always will make your drink to your need. Dropped my tea on the floor yesterday, and one of the employees was nice enough to take the broken drink bottle and make a new one for free. Highly recommend!
