Horrible menu and confusing service.
I never give one star, but this store is really deceptive. It advertised that you can eat all you can grilled oysters, but the editor later changed it to limit 12 oysters per person. Are you going to secretly change the price and package after getting tax-free?

Forget about the 12 grilled oysters. Before going there, I called specifically to ask if lunch can enjoy this discount? The other party said yes, and I, Shu Zai, made a point of arriving before 3 o'clock, but when I arrived, they said:

12 oysters per person can only be ordered from the all day menu
You cannot order 12 oysters just for hot pot. You must order the barbecue meal from the all day menu, or upgrade hot pot + barbecue.
May I ask? You can't do this or that. You can order casserole/cold dishes from the menu just for barbecue meals, but if we upgrade to hot pot + barbecue, we can't order it? ? ? The packages and discounts in your store are so confusing. Why didn’t you mention them when you promoted them? You just tricked people into choosing the most expensive ones after entering the store, right?

Then. The most speechless thing is that the waiter misses orders or lacks orders. The roasted oysters are limited to 12 per person and they still refuse to serve them. He came to me several times and told me "they have finished serving" when they were only half way through. There were only 2 in the whole store. , 3 tables, I can’t recognize which table ordered what, may I ask? Barbecue will also give the wrong table

Really, many things are not fresh, the grilled oysters are not fat, and the soup base is tasteless. The good thing is that the mutton skewers are edible, but you will miss the order. I am really cheating.

This hotpot spot is amazing. They have a great assortment of tasty meats for the hotpot. Not to mention the AYCE BBQ skewers. I couldn't stop ordering the lamb skewers.
