As anyone who visits Italy might tell you, Gelato is far and away better than ice cream when done well: The texture is smoother and the flavor is more concentrated. The problem is that it’s hard to find places that get this right, and often Dairy Queen or Baskin Robbin’s is just the better option. A friend told me about this place and we decided to go for a mid lunch snack. Firstly the overall esthetic of this place is phenomenal. Its an adorable, inviting shack that really takes you back to a simpler time. Secondly the Gelato was amazing! I went for the classic Nutella and it was delicious. The only problem was I should have ordered the 2 scoop. I still have to try the other flavors. And finally the staff was just the cherry on top. They were all super friendly, very welcoming...
