2025 October 4★ Standard bubble tea. Two for one deal. Total under $10 via Uber. Pick up. Apparently not much seating. So really, no hanging around. Unless you are a group of friends who want to stand around, this place is probably only good for the summer as you can hang outside and the nearby park. Otherwise, this is purely a takeout place.

This location has been out of mochi and taro balls for several weeks now. I don’t know why they have not been replenished yet. They also ran out of change today too. What’s up with this?

Drinks are great and unique. Daily specials are great value. However wait time is super long. They didn’t let me place the order over the phone beforehand so I waited 30 mins for my order even though there were no other customers ahead.
I normally go to machi machi at another location, but this time I was in the area so walked in, bought 2 drinks. No greeting from cashier and I was being polite, said sorry to cashier I need a little more time to decide, no response from her, poker face all the time. And then she turned around started laughing and taking to another girl working in the back. Drink was plain, not much taste. Overall, very terrible experience, will not visit again.

Great bubble tea... when you get it. Wait times are no less than 15 minutes, on a non busy day. Upwards to 30 minutes to get 2 teas. Need a better system and more staff.

The service attitude was extremely bad. There was no one in the store. When I walked to the place where I ordered, the waiter was probably trying to catch something in the back. She had to shout to get out. She was very reluctant when she came out. It felt like I owed her money. I didn't dare to say anything. Ah, it wouldn't be worth it if she got angry and spit into my cup while making milk tea for me. Whoever comes, be careful.

I don’t understand why there is still so much ice in my cup of Shaobing. I have bought it for a long time and I have been drinking it slowly for so long. In the end, there is still half a cup of ice here. Then I don’t know how much ice has melted in it. So what happened? Do you not understand what Shao Bing is or do you not understand what light ice is?

This location is very poorly managed as my order took an over an hour to be be picked up from the order was placed. There is no benefit to ordering online in advance as in will not help. Upon arriving 30 minutes after the order was placed, the order was not available to be picked up for another 40 minutes.
