This location has been out of mochi and taro balls for several weeks now. I don’t know why they have not been replenished yet. They also ran out of change today too. What’s up with this?

Drinks are great and unique. Daily specials are great value. However wait time is super long. They didn’t let me place the order over the phone beforehand so I waited 30 mins for my order even though there were no other customers ahead.

I normally go to machi machi at another location, but this time I was in the area so walked in, bought 2 drinks. No greeting from cashier and I was being polite, said sorry to cashier I need a little more time to decide, no response from her, poker face all the time. And then she turned around started laughing and taking to another girl working in the back. Drink was plain, not much taste. Overall, very terrible experience, will not visit again.

Great bubble tea... when you get it. Wait times are no less than 15 minutes, on a non busy day. Upwards to 30 minutes to get 2 teas. Need a better system and more staff.

The service attitude was extremely bad. There was no one in the store. When I walked to the place where I ordered, the waiter was probably trying to catch something in the back. She had to shout to get out. She was very reluctant when she came out. It felt like I owed her money. I didn't dare to say anything. Ah, it wouldn't be worth it if she got angry and spit into my cup while making milk tea for me. Whoever comes, be careful.

I don’t understand why there is still so much ice in my cup of Shaobing. I have bought it for a long time and I have been drinking it slowly for so long. In the end, there is still half a cup of ice here. Then I don’t know how much ice has melted in it. So what happened? Do you not understand what Shao Bing is or do you not understand what light ice is?

This location is very poorly managed as my order took an over an hour to be be picked up from the order was placed. There is no benefit to ordering online in advance as in will not help. Upon arriving 30 minutes after the order was placed, the order was not available to be picked up for another 40 minutes.

Tried their Mochi Brulee Red bean Matcha - it was okay. I like the gimmick with the mochi, but the drink itself was alright - a bit thick due to the matcha and red bean... very filling.

The two waitresses at the front desk were extremely rude. There was no one else's milk tea in front of me. I ordered two cups of milk tea and drank it slowly for nearly ten minutes. I asked loudly in front of me how long it would take to prepare it, but there was no response. The two people didn't know what they were whispering behind them.
Place is cute 10/10. The drinks are 10/10 too. Unfortunately, customer service is 1/10. There's 3 of us as walk-in customers that day. Made us wait on the line for almost 25mins. I mean, It was okay, but staff never greeted us or they didn't tell us that we have to wait because they maybe fulfilling other orders like to somehow tell us why we waiting for a long time (umm customer service?) just customer service. I demand at least a good customer service.

The drink itself is delicious and the service is good. However, I don’t know if the packaging is a problem with the outsourced design or because the store clerk didn’t seal it tightly. After walking for ten minutes after I left the house, the liquid inside started to seep out. I didn’t even notice that it was on my pants and hands, including the cup. The whole body milk tea was very sticky and made me feel very bad (I just held the cup normally without exerting any force). Moreover, I only drank two or three sips of milk tea and wasted a lot.

Just isnt worth it at all for $7 drink. I got the fizzy passion fruit tea and its 80% ice is filled in the cup. Its a fixed ice amount too. My order took 15mins to be made as well ?

We really loved our drinks. Creme Brule black milk tea and the Mochi brulee red bean matcha. Be prepared to wait for your order. Quite hot inside the store with the sunlight. We got a nice giveaway by signing up.
