This specific restaurant should probably specialize in take out and delivery instead of dine in. We ate in for lunch, and both my and my son’s order were pre-made noodles. The noodles are most likely still made the same day, but it just felt like I ordered delivery and the delivery guy took like 15 min to deliver the noodles. Even my 9 yr old son (not picky at all) said the noodles tasted old and soggy.I mean, you can get by with delivery cuz it takes time to deliver anyways, but treating in-house customers with pre-made noodle just puzzles me. You go to a pizza restaurant for FRESH pizza, you go to a noodle restaurant for FRESH noodles. If I wanted pre made noodles I’ll just go to a grocery store to buy some pre made noodles, why would I bother going to your restaurant? And the worst thing is the restaurant wasn’t busy at all at that time! We were the only table they had! Surely the chef can taste the difference, right? I hope?

I went today for lunch and I was quite disappointed with their knife cut noodles. It is too thick! The thickness is almost like Korean circle rice cake, or even thicker. Not to mention there was a piece of hair on my noodle! The washroom was gross! THE SMELL was worst than a public washroom at a park in a hot summer day. The service was meh, the lady gave us a dirty silence look when we asked to split the bills while ordering... Overall, not a great experience.

Just took some take out wings. The oil was really rancid and couldn't eat. Please change the oil. Noodles was ok. Sea weed soup was good.The skewers were the best.

I went there with my daughter last Friday night about 7. We sat at the far end of the restaurant. It was so difficult to get the waitress to come over to place the order. Eventually, I had to go to the cashier and asked the waitress to come over to place the order. At first we ordered a pig intestine noodle which was very salty and wonton. After eating the noodle, I find the size is quite small and I asked for a refill of noodle which was free. But the waitress refused to give me a free refill because I need to ask it when I placed the order. It is absolutely rediculous. Firstly, I didn't realize the size was smaller than before if I ordered a refill before it should be a waste of food. Secondly, I did many times in this restaurant before. We then ordered a seafood stir fry noodle. We added the refill when we placed the order because of the bad experience before. So end up we can't finished the noodle and asked for a box but with a reply we have to pay for it because we added a refill. To sum it up, fair food and poor service. My daughter said we will never this restaurant again.
