My family and I order a 60+ maki tray at least once per week and I call personally to place the order. I called at 4 30 and requested the tray be ready for 5 pm. When I went to pick it up, the new female employee (haven't seen her before) tried convincing me that I said I would pick it up at 7 pm. I explained to her it is illogical that I would order one maki tray 2.5 hours in advance and 5 pm was the agreed upon time before the phone call ended.This mistake will prove costly considering I spend at least $70 per week on the tray. That's nearly $300/month of my money that will no longer go to this establishment.Fortunately, there are better reviewed places that make japanese cuisine just a few blocks north on Woodbine from this location. If you choose to give this location your business, order at your own risk.

My wife was craving Poke, and we found this little gem. Only one that had dine-in and was not a chain restaurant.Prices were reasonable, and the service was fantastic. There are so many options to choose from. If Poke isn't your thing, there are still plenty of sushi options.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggie toppingsKid-friendliness: We had 2 six year olds and both enjoyed!

Nice experience, their ingredient were fresh and the overall ordering experience is quick and easy.
I went several times. whenever i order a meal that has cucumber, i request no cucumber, ALWAYS had cucumber. I had to give food to my colleague, i am allergic to cucumber. Human make mistakes, as i also work for sales, i do not like complains. I even asked again, "no cucumber right? " If it happens every visit, it's sign of they do not care. I don't think this place doesn't think it's serious matters. Bowl cost me $27 including extra salmon. And i just wasted it. I i am very disappointed and definitely not going there again.

Food was amazing, great quality and good portions with decent price. We ordered the aloha salmon and lobster wrap. I knocked off two stars because the server who took our order was very rude.

I got the tuna poke bowl and fish didn’t seem too fresh. The sauce just tries to mask up the fishy taste (a telltale sign of tuna not fresh) but failed. Service was also like fastfood service, which is no frills and straight to the point, which I expect more passionate service (cause if you’re being tipped, might as well be passionate. Fast food employees very rarely get tipped)

We we're looking for a new pole place. Looked this up from Google and I'm glad that we did. Makkirito specializes on the sushi burritos. We had a poke bowl and their signature dish Both of them were good. The food is good and fresh. A lot of space and a clean environment.
