Very poor service. Especially on the Seniors Day. You pay less, of course their service is much more lesser. Salmon sashimi always run out. The staff who taking care of the sashimi counter is so rude & not professional. Seems she is trying to make you begging for her help to give you a piece of salmon sashimi. It does happened to me for two years. I promise I will not go there (Woodbine store) anymore.

We met some friends for lunch here. it's been ages since I've been to a mandarin and it was a very pleasant surprise. the food was fresh and plentiful.

OMG GROSS GROSS GROSS Everything, and I mean everything is dirty and sticky. The floors, walls, chairs, cutlery and plates are all nasty. Who puts ice is salad dressing to keep it cold ? It separated and was just awful. Borderline vomit. I pointed out experience to a manager who in turn gave me a look like I had offended her. Why was a dog barking ??? I was not aware patrons can bring in pets but maybe that is why the place ressembles more like a farm environment than a dining establishment. This was no service dog, way too small and happy and did not have any service dog attire on. The plates are simply disgusting. Even the ones that look clean have a residue on them and the backs of them feel gritty. I’m not sure this place is being managed at all.
Fantastic as always. We are used to the London Ontario locations, but even in Toronto seems like Mandarin has its business together.
The staff are simply fantastic. The food is simply amazing. They did a very good job in making us feel welcome. And the food was fresh as always. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking to come here with large family.
Also the cocktails are top-notch. They are made professionally.
