Ordered coffee and muffin pair at 9 am . Muffin was not fresh , when I asked to change it, lady in the west said all of the muffins was from last night . I returned muffin to her , she didn’t even offer to pay back or change to cookie or something. Will never come back here! Such a bad experience!

It took us 2min 30 seconds for a 2 pops and 2 apple pie that were already sitting in the heater. I started the timer late after waiting 2 min. So I waited 4 min 30 seconds for a drink and apple pie the guy infront of me waited for a single coffee longer and a poor senior lady had to wait just as long to have her order put in as there were no crew members in the front

There’s this Spanish lady that works night shifts and she works the drive thru, so she’s the one collecting the money and giving it to u as well as preparing some food. She is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING with hair growing from her hands. I avoid this location only because of how nasty she is
This review has been edited to reflect the review since this restaurant has been renovated. This restaurant has loads of dirty tables, floors are filthy and service is the worst I’ve seen. Still The worst McDonald's I've been too. Service in drive through is terrible! Always pull you to third window (and for silly things like your drinks) and 8/10 times they get your order wrong! Kids won't eat it if you order them chicken and they get fish! I gave them 2 stars only because the Manager I dealt with twice happily refunded me without a hard time which I appreciated since I had to drive back. Management needs to stop allowing employees to be rude to customers. (Happens regularly) and work on not only time, but accuracy!
