Staff is friendly and courteous. But to wait almost 10 min for an egg Mcmuffin is it is ridiculous. The amount of people waiting for orders was a little out of control. Hire more staff please.

Whoever the new people are did a terrible job. These ARE NOT chicken nuggets. Disappointed in how it even taste too cause it literally taste like crust and not even like a chicken nugget. Waste of food really. Choose your employees WISELY. They couldn't even take the order properly!

Good tasting fast food as expected at any McDonald's. This location has lots of seating available, and has been recently renovated. There's a Canadian Tire adjacent at this plaza, with lots of parking spots available.They don't have a self-serve fountain drink station here, nor hand sanitizer .

Every time we go to this McDonald's through drive-thru we always miss atleast one or two items in the order. For example this morning we order hotcake with sausage but they did not put the syrup and butter.

Visited for the first time since the renovation. While the renovations look nice, they no longer offer free refills. McDonald’s Canada has always offered free refills on soft drinks, so this is a huge disappointment. We won’t be frequenting this location anymore.

My review keeps getting deleted. Going to screen shot moving forward. Cheapest mcdonalds put there. One napkin one ketchup. I asked to speak to a manager and an employee was impersonating one.i ask to pay for Thai sauce on the side , they said no. Other mcdonalds have done this. Go to Kennedy and 14th way better service.Ps screenshotting cause you guys love to somehow delete bad reviews

For a dine in with only 4 people waiting for their food order it took over 12 minutes for the food to come out. For a fast service restaurant this falls well short of expectations.Tried their breakfast service with dine in and it seems that the service level has improved significantly.
