These are so good! A friend brought a box on our road trip. I'm in the hotel eating 3 day old patties cold out of the fridge (badly attempting to heat them by dipping into some hot soup) and they're still flakey and delicious. I wish I knew they were there earlier.

Since the new ownership they've changed. Not flaky at all, so sad really. A few years ago you could get them by the dozen at the large oriental supermarkets.

The best patties around, great flavour. Like others have commented, it is in a bizarre location and tough to find the first time. Would be nice if they were either open later on one night or one day on the weekend. Recommend the baked seconds to save a few bucks.

My neighbour gave me a patty from this place to have.
I scarfed it down at that point not knowing where it was from. After the 3.6 seconds it took me to eat it because it was so delicious I immediately messaged asking where these treasured patties were from and was informed that they were the one and only Michideans. I know where I will be going tmrw to buy some more! They are out of this world.

These are by far the best patties in Toronto in my opinion. I live far but I make the drive once in a while and stock up. So flaky, meaty and TASTY.

Bought a box from Portland Jerk in Brampton. Not sure if it’s the spices in their Patties or if it’s just me but it has a laxative effect each time I eat it. Taste wise it was good, however based on my experience with these I might just stick to other brands. Do not hesitate to try this place for yourself!
Amazing patties! Going in and buying the patties is very simple and direct.
I recommend buying the seconds if you are looking to save a couple of dollars. Seconds are patties with small visual imperfections and usually these patties just have a small gap, otherwise, perfectly fine to consume.
I only wish they were opened on the weekends.

Personally Michidean patties are the best in Toronto. They make them fresh here and have a small retail window. They also will sell wholesale. Patties come in beef mild, beef spicy, chicken, and vegetarian. Currently $20 for a box of 12 patties.

Good amount of filling and not too runny. Proper spice level and the crust is flakey. What more could you want? Cooking instructions aren’t right though, I’d say 20 min at 350
