Disrespectful man at the front. I don’t understand what gives him the right to yell at customers that want to use the bathroom and expects respect back. Unreal.

I’ve been going to this location for over 20 years, and both the old and new owners have always been amazing. However, the Caucasian lady who works on Sundays is extremely rude and disrespectful. The posted hours say they are open until 6 pm, but she consistently closes early. Today, I arrived at 5:42 pm and saw her turn off the grill before closing time. When I asked for two subs, she refused, saying it was “too much to make.”
What made it worse was that my 3-year-old daughter tried to say hi to her, and she completely ignored her. This isn’t the first time—it’s the second. The first time, she reluctantly made my order only because other people were present, but she was still very rude.
I have never experienced customer service this poor at this location. Management really needs to address her behavior—it’s unacceptable.

Worse customer service! Super rude staff and not accommodating at all! Walked in as a first customer never purchased before and the man that worked there was extremely rude and not inviting and gave an attitude right away. Will not ever return to this location. The food is not even fresh and very old and stale! Will not reccomend this place as the staff is miserable and arrogant to customers!

I grabbed a kids’ meal for my daughter while she stayed in the car. The cashier made a sarcastic remark about an adult buying a kids’ meal and complained that the meal was too cheap. I feel bad that they ended up working for a franchise they don’t like, but that’s no excuse to take it out on customers.

Got the cold cut combo. Sub was made well and had good amount of ingredients in it. Overall no complaints and service was good too.
Came here yesterday for a 12” assorted. The man making the sub knew exactly what to do, asking instructions and assembling my sub exactly how I wanted (sub sauce on the lettuce, adding condiments on top of a few toppings then adding more toppings so they would stick to the sauce and not roll off). He took his time and made it properly. Great job.

Tried to get my sub toasted but the grill was supposedly “shut off” and it was more than 20 minutes before closing. She refused to turn it on and was very rude saying she was trying to get out of there early, like it’s my fault she’s lazy and cheating the owner. If you don’t want to do the job properly or work the full shift you’re being paid for, don’t work somewhere else.
