Came here yesterday for a 12” assorted. The man making the sub knew exactly what to do, asking instructions and assembling my sub exactly how I wanted (sub sauce on the lettuce, adding condiments on top of a few toppings then adding more toppings so they would stick to the sauce and not roll off). He took his time and made it properly. Great job.

Tried to get my sub toasted but the grill was supposedly “shut off” and it was more than 20 minutes before closing. She refused to turn it on and was very rude saying she was trying to get out of there early, like it’s my fault she’s lazy and cheating the owner. If you don’t want to do the job properly or work the full shift you’re being paid for, don’t work somewhere else.

ordered online, to pick up in store. going into the store, the Indian worker with glasses started defensively saying what order, no order etc. no problem, checked again, and I didn't hit submit hence didn't go through, so did it again. knowing the mistake, informs him I placed it again and it was my error, order prints immediately and he pulls it up and shows me saying pickup up to 30min later. at this point there is literally nobody in and tells me to come back. Confused I said I'm good and sat down. asks me maybe another 2x saying come back, order is in xx time. upon asking him if he can make the order, it was met with once again, order says pick up in xx time. he subsequently goes to the back to do his own thing. upon another customer ordering and finalizing their order did he start mine. as a consumer, felt like between he wanted to make a point for some reason that online orders can be up to 30min or my personal opinion is him trying to save 1 pair of gloves.
Ordered a small turkey sub. They put exactly only 3 slices of turkey in it. They toast it better than subway but....almost $10 for bread, 3 slices of turkey and some wilted lettuce and veggies......I didn't feel good about my purchase

I understand they were busy with alot of online orders because Mr Sub was offering 2 for 1 assorted subs but it doesn't give you the right to be rude to your customers, people that ordered online we're told would have to wait up to 2 hours but people could come in off the street and get served right away because they were paying full price, the worst customer service I have ever experienced, perhaps next time don't participate on national sandwich day that your head office has advertised for weeks.

One of the best sub places. Been to MR.subs in Newmarket, Richmond hill, Vaughn, and non of them have a tuna flavour like here. All the subs are made with quality and are delicious.
