Giovanni was so personable and went out of his way to take care of my friends visiting from Newfoundland today. He explained the Black Friday promotions and then offered to have the coffee shipped back to St. John’s with no extra charge. He went above and beyond to meet their needs and we really appreciated his kindness so very much. Thank you.
I am visiting from Newfoundland as we do not have a Nepresso Store. When I arrived I was greeted very kindly by the Manager, Giovanni. I wanted to take advantage of the Black Friday Deal which was of I purchased 18 boxes of coffee I would get 20% off and amount box of delicious chocolate.
