Very courteous staff, accommodating. They're baked goods are always fresh, and mostly made on the same day so you don't have to worry about expiring. Buying my baguettes from them going forward as I always grab them hot fresh out of the oven. Love this place as an Italian bakery.

If you like Italian style bakeries you'll be pleased. Have all the usuals including some unexpected surprises like a whole chunk of prosciutto! Expensive but not unreasonable. Quality of the goods matches the price well. Friendly and reliable staff rounds things off nicely.

Grace and her team at Novello Desserts is absolutely amazing! Her bakery is truly a gem, she has been my go-to for every special occasion.
For our wedding, she created the most beautiful and delicious butter cream cake with lemon butter cream filling. Not only was it stunning to look at, but every bite was perfection and had both our mothers asking us for leftovers. I can’t recommend Novello Desserts enough!

I've gotten 2 birthday cakes here and they were both gorgeous and good! FYI, unless you get one off the shelf you'll need to give them a couple days' notice. Other than that, some prices on specialty items have a higher mark-up than other places but it's well worth it to support local. It has a nice European feel as well.
Great Italian bakery in the neighborhood making bread and desserts, gelato cakes, and also carries a small selection of cured meats, cheeses, pastas and other pantry items.
I really like the sourdough bread here and I've tried a gelato cake which was delicious and fairly priced.

The mini cheesecakes are so yum. Have tried a few things here and I’ve enjoyed the freshness. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the environment is slightly hostile and intimidating when you walk in. Staff needs to chill and learn to smile a bit or you’ll scare people away.

One of the owners started yelling at me over a parking spot. Harassed and followed me into a neighboring business. Called her husband to try and intimidate me over the way I spoke to her. The “tough guy” dragged his wife back outside, thinking I wouldn’t say the same things to his face. She got front-row seats to watch him get humiliated and do absolutely nothing lol.
He also mentioned someone would “come visit me,” like a wannabe thug. Still waiting bud.
Honestly, just really miserable and nasty people. Feel sorry for the neighbours, landlords, and unsuspecting customers. Judging by the other one-star reviews, this seems to be a pattern.
