Feels like a local family-owned business. Lots of fresh and frozen goods. Tried the pistachio gelato which was so-so. That said, it was only like $4, so I guess not bad for the price. Tiramisu was also alright, feels like there’s something missing. Cheesecake tarts were very dense, so if that’s what you like, give it a try!

I love their gelato ice cream, also their desserts they are so good and I’m amazed about how nice the tart are. It taste better than the regular store I go to often. I’m SHOCKED. The cake I haven’t tried it because I have too much desserts with the gelato ice cream. It tastes amazing. I will definitely will be back and buy some more. It’s really good. Too bad they don’t have food to eat but they sell a lot of stuff like cheese and sausage or other Italian ingredients. Will come in the future. The tart is the most delicious one out of everything I got. I really enjoyed everything.

It was my first time visiting, the staff was really nice, chatted about products and Gelato flavors. I was told that they have seasonal Gelato, the raspberry Gelato was really good. The mini desserts were very rich, flavourful and was very well crafted. (It even survived the commute)

Fast forward to 2024 Cheesecake was a disappointment after buying 3 per year for Birthdays. This one was half the size.. serious shrinkage in the cheesecake, brownie crust and graham. I have pictures of all the cheesecakes and it is noticeably smaller. I hope it's just a new baker.
If I could give the blueberry cheesecake 10...⭐ OMG!! I haven't been to Novellos since I stopped my addiction to the caramel biscotti. My aunt recommended cheesecake for my Birthday since they just got one last week for a freinds Birthday. I went in to pick up and WOW! Novellos really has expanded to so much variety of deliciousness!! My cheesecake was awesome, I have never had a chocolate bottom crust to die for. It wasn't overly sweet it was perfect!! The service is good.
