On December 7th, I ordered a mango cake at panash bakery and told the clerk that I needed to pay with points when I checked out. I'm not sure if the clerk's name is Anna. She didn't hear that I was going to use points and used the balance in my account to pay. I found it on the spot and told her, but she didn't help me deal with it immediately because there were many customers in the store at that time. But three days passed, during which I called them twice, but they didn't help me deal with this matter. Don't recharge in this store. They have no idea of solving the problem. I have recharged 700 dollars in this store, and I also have 211 points. I feel cold in the face of such a service.

GO TO SASAKI PASTRY INSTEAD AND THANK ME LATER. I had the lava mango pamelo mochi, and it was the most disgusting mochi I have ever had in my life. The mochi tastes like raw rice flour and the filling was a sour mess. I could not finish that garbage.

This bakery has a weird points system. Honestly feels like they are doing something illegal. Might have to report them to the BBB of Ontario. First thing they say upon buying anything is to top up your membership at $100, $150 tier. You don't get any discount unless you pay cash. Really doesn't seem legitimate. I'm very weary to buy anything here anymore and the quality and freshness has gone down. The service is terrible and not friendly at all. I hope management reads this and reaches out.

This cake just looks like a Tiramisu cake. But, it doesn’t taste any coffee flavour and the mascarpone layer tastes like a jelly. The sponge cake layer was very dry.

Wonderful bakery with a selection of assorted goods. The Staff were very welcoming and warm. We tried a slab of almond mocca cake and it was moist and light, lightly sweetened, unlike most baked goods that are too sweet. Would love to try their other items. It's definitely the place to go for cakes.

Poor membership system even have. My reward is expire in late Nov and I pay $150 last time to reload my account in early Nov. I asked for renewal at the same time and thought they will renew my membership at the same time but they did not 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡.They said my account not apply for the 10% discount and no gift for my birthday as well. Their membership system is really bad. Also the employee working here is not well trained. I asked for my birthday treat during my birthday month and she said the promotion is over. However I heard they still have the promotion today. With the service today without any apologies, try to avoid going there.

There is no shortage of bakeries in Markham, most of them pretty average. However, Panash is different. I decided to try them based on the customer reviews and how amazing the cakes and buns looked in the posted photos. And I'm glad that I did! I picked up a variety of cakes, including Belgian chocolate, cookie monster, mango mousse lover, matcha passion, and red velvet lady. The staff are very friendly and took care to box up the cakes nicely.
The cakes are absolutely divine. I was pleasantly surprised to find two thick layers of chocolate mousse inside the Belgian chocolate cake. The mango mousse actually takes like mango, which is rare for mango flavoured cakes and desserts. It's clear they use quality ingredients and do not skimp or cut corners. The prices are also very reasonable, especially for the quality of their goods. This will be my go-to bakery from now on.
