Got 6 'flaky' egg tarts today and the crust were stale and not flaky at all. I was extremely disappointed as I have had their egg tarts many times in the past and they have always been very good. I won't be getting my egg tarts here anymore.

The entire experience, from ordering cakes to picking them up, is always seamless. Over the past three years, I’ve ordered more than 10 cakes for my family, and they have never disappointed me. No matter how intricate or complex the design, they consistently recreate the picture I provide with 100% accuracy.
On top of that, Emma (I hope I got your name right!) always makes me feel incredibly welcomed. She ensures that every single detail I request is communicated to the baker with precision—definitely not an easy task! I highly recommend this bakery for its outstanding service and exceptional quality.

The cashier was unfriendly and the other lady was more courteous. On High way 7 store .
Compared with the attitude at another branch, the smiles are much better. The egg tarts in this shop are good.

Cute Chinese bakery. They offer the usual baked buns and pastries as well as some surprising options. They have some Chinese dessert pastes like Black sesame paste and mango sago as well as modern asian fusion items like lychee panna cotta and matcha pudding. They also have mochi - some with fresh mango. Their cakes are light and not too sweet (the ultimate Chinese compliment for desserts). So don’t go in expecting to find brownies or Devil’s food cake. Servers are helpful but English sometimes lacking a bit.

They sell really good baked goods (eg. Coconut buns, pork buns, hotdogs, croissants, milk breads, etc) and cakes at a very reasonable price. If you want something good to pair with coffee, grab them here. Instead of buying $4-5 at Starbucks, these will be around $2-3 each.
When you buy the small cakes, they put it into enclosed boxes. Make sure you get them to open the boxes and count them before they charge you the wrong amount. It's happened a few times, unfortunately. Otherwise, they're very nice and provide good service. If you ask them to make something that's not there, they will. You'll just need to wait 15-20 mins.

I inquired about a custom-made Harry Potter theme cake and they were able to professionally provide advices and detail as to how they were going to make it. The cake was beautiful when I went to pick it up. The flavour was exactly as what my daughter wanted. It really made her day!! Thank you, Panash Bakery!!

This review is about the order being wrong but not about the taste. The taste was find.
I ordered Lady Velvet slice and supposedly coconut cheesecake, but was given the wrong type of cheese cake. I specifically asked questions about the difference and wanted the coconut cheesecake for my parents. They put them in the box and haven't confirmed with me again.
The taste was fine.

I highly recommend the Mango Mochi. The service is good. I can taste the freshness and excellent quality from the first bite, and this is my third time eating it. This is the best one in Canada so far. I've been looking for Cheung Chau Mochi for so long. I will definitely come back again, even if it's a long drive.

There is sour ginger in the preserved egg puff pastry, so it’s passable! In most areas, it is strangely hard to find. Those who save money and go through the troubles should review their business thinking!

They were so accommodating and the bakery chef exceeded my expectations. This is my third time ordering their cake as well. They are never too sweet and fresh. I will definitely return to order all my cakes.

I've been coming to Panash for a good couple of years. I find the quality to be exceptional, and at a very reasonable pricing structure. The cakes and mochi are definitely worth checking out. The service is also friendly and welcoming.
