I recently got my favourite sandwich, the bacon turkey bravo from Panera and was super disappointed to find the bread was stale, they didn’t include a pickle, but worst of all the bacon was not cooked at all. The sandwich wasn’t cut in half, just the top slice of bread and it basically tasted like nothing. This sandwich is $17 and I threw half it in the garbage. The quality at Panera has gone waaay down :(

Panera has my favorite soup of all time its the broccoli cheddar soup. It is seriously the best and take it every time I go here. We also took the avocodo BLT and its the best sandwich ive ever had! I love coming here for lunch especially. If you haven't tried this place yet then make sure to add it to your list. They never disappoint!

Ordered online to pick up at markham location, says ready by 12:15.. got there at 12:30 and food was not ready. Got home and realized pick 2 combo was missing the sandwich. Called store but no one answers. Emailed Panera but no response.
Love their breakfast A little disappointed about the change in the caramel syrup they use for the Caramel Latte, it is way too thin and I'm unable to taste it anymore even when paying extra shot

I’ve only recently started coming to Panera on my work from home days and what’s kept me coming back is the good snacks, fast wifi and friendly staff. The latter is accomplished by a particularly warm, and welcoming staff member Seham. Before I even enter the cafe she’s smiling and waving me in at the doors. Her customer service is impeccable. She always remembers each of her customers, always telling me to say hi to my mom and sister who came with me one visit. Even when the store gets super busy she keeps her kind smile and friendly customer service while working under pressure. She's a great worker and I look forward to seeing her every visit!

Ordered Panera Bread for a work function by Uber Eats. The sandwiches were tasty but lacking toppings I found. Maybe they felt rush to make that many sandwiches that they did they as quick as they could. Presentation wasn’t the best but they still tasted fine. The bread was also nice and crunchy

The kitchen staffs have absolutely no health and safety sense, they don’t wear mask am Nd keep talking while preparing food. They should take food handler courses. I won’t go back or recommend to anyone
