Went here for dinner and it was not super busy. The atmosphere was nice and restaurant was very nice e as well. We ordered the chicken shawarma (sage) and lamb
Chops. The fettoush salad was oaky this time. The food was all very bland and lacked flavour. This was not the best experience

Food quality at Paramount has progressively gone done over the years and so has the value. $40 for a mixed grill with salad vs $30 platters at other middle eastern joints.....they gotta improve fast

Ordered a yalla special, which costs around 14 and asked for extra chicken, I was told I would be given another scoop of chicken and got charged nine dollars for a singular scoop of chicken. I was not informed that it would be extra, and it was made to sound like it’s just an extra scoop of chicken and I was not expecting to pay almost the full price I paid for my meal for a scoop of chicken.
So I’ll bill that should’ve cost me less than 20 with a drink cost me $30.
Please before you eat especially meat dishes, take time to smell them and cut through ..the meat should be tender but not crummy ..of it's crummy that means it's been back and forth in the fridge for days before they get to serve it..the kofta they served us smelled so bad and looked like bread crumbs..I couldn't force myself to eat it just by the smell. Always ask for fresh cut of shawarma ..crispy and hard meat means they have been sitting in the warming tray ..falafel was so salty and not done inside..it was just very disappointing..luckily I did not eat any meat otherwise I would have been sick..

Please check the food before you carry them for take out orders. I just bought Full BBQ Chicken and when I arrived home it was 75%, one leg/thigh piece was missing. I called them, guess what they said the chicken was like that only when we received it from Head Office !! We tried to explain, but they were adamant it was there, perhaps bone was missing etc. We visit Paramount frequently, this came as a shock. Anyways they have agreed to check this, analyze and get back to me. Let us see what they come up with. Lastly the quality and quantity is at lowest now, very pricy, not worth it at all. I AM STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM THEM AFTER FOUR WEEKS!!!
