Is it the best pho I’ve ever had? No. Is it one of the best value pho you’ll find in this economy yet still hits the spot? Absolutely.

My elderly mom wanted Chinese chicken noodle soup at First Markham Place. After looking at all the menus of the food court shops, I found only 2 that served chicken noodle soup.
Pho Ling's had the best option, a lemongrass chicken soup with generous portions of roasted chicken breast, slivers of taiwanese cabbage, and green onions. I was pleasantly surprised since my mom is NOT a fan of Vietnamese food but the soup made my mom happy. It is hard to find outside food which my mom likes since she has high food standards. If you're in the mood for tasty quality chicken noodle soup, try Pho Ling's, especially during cold weather.

This is by far the worst bun I had eaten in my entire life. The spring roll was so salty and the chicken was like chunk of meat tough and salty. It was my unlucky day to pick this stall.

Best price for quality pho in town. Great taste, would definitely recommend the Bun Bo Hue. The portions are good, can change noodles and overall great store. Totally recommend.

Tried the Grilled Lemongrass Pork Chop on Rice, and it did not disappoint. The pork was juicy and marinated perfectly. Great portion size and value for money. Will definitely return!

This place was not very good. The quantity of pho that you got wasn't that much and it did not taste like authentic pho. It is also overpriced and the food court here is not good anyway.

Great value
Chicken very dry. Fish sauce seems watered down
Pretty tasty for food court vietnamese
I had the hue style noodes, was missing blood puddin, but overall, great taste if you're craving a quick fix .
The gentleman was pretty friendly and quite funny, too
That was my choice before trying pho
best prices, best workers. Great customer service and I recommend 100%
I wish prices like these still existed everywhere else. 11$ for a good portion of pho! Comparable to some 20$ phos that I've tried in higher-end restaurants
