Stopped by this place while passing through the Toronto area. Big shawarma fan and love trying out places when I can. This place has a very OG feeling to it. The gentleman and woman working were very nice asked if we had any questions with anything on the menu being our first time. We ordered mixed shawarma and normal chicken shawarma. Chicken was not dry at all. Food was extremely flavourful and even my friend who joined me (can be picky) left feeling very full and happy as we continued our drive home.
I've been going to this restaurant for 6 consecutive years. Couple owners are the same, who always receive me and treat me like a close friend with a smile on the face. Quality of food is the greatest in this kind of middle Eastern fast food. Take my advice and go with your friends or family and enjoy the food and service. You'll not regret my advice.

I always had a good experience ordering from here, except one time. I dropped by before the restaurant was closing, and I ordered a platter and paid. I was not told they had no more rice and potato left, and they still charged me for the food. They could have at least told me that they didn’t have it before I paid. Will not be going back. Also the meat was very salty. Not happy with my experience.

Excellent. In a world where mediocre Shawarma restaurants are a dime a dozen, Pitalicious was a breath of fresh air. I walked in and asked the gentleman to make me a Chicken Shawarma sandwich his way, And it was an absolute revelation. Fresh ingredients, well balanced seasoning, flavours that truly popped. And don’t even get me started on the pita. Soft and fluffy yet crispy. Reminds me about felafel I had in Paris. Anyways, definitely worth a drop in.

Came here for lunch with my co workers. We ordered chicken on the rice and to our surprise we got charged 16.95 for a small portion. And to add to that they didnt have fresh meat. We got served with very dry chicken. Will never come back to this place. They are ripping people off with expensive prices and at the same time serving bad quality food! Disgusting!
