Its a general pizza place but has a nice interior and the food comes out surprisingly fast when are order a slice. Might just be me but I think its a pretty good pizza place. Would recommend

Please don't serve customers burned crap wings. When we get home and open the box we will see its burned and not be able to eat it. Ask yourself if its something you will eat BEFORE serving.

Sizeable place indoors for small groups to eat at! Holy smokes their crust is great — just so crispy and holds the pizza together well! Never order a small, always get a medium. No regrets, thanks for a great pizza for a great price 👍 they're open quite late! The craziest thing? I heard this commercial growing up when my parents watched the Chinese channel on TV. I'm from out of town but I'll get another pizza next time I visit Ontario.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the pizza I received from Pizza Nova. Unfortunately, the pizza was severely overcooked to the point where it was entirely blackened and inedible. The crust, in particular, was extremely hard due to being overcooked. I’m surprised that a pizza in such a state was sent to a customer, as it is far below the quality I expect from your restaurant. You will loose a customer.

Pizza Nova's delivery driver rude af - pizza was 35min late whole order took over a hour (this is dinner time on a Friday so understandable) meet driver by his car and greeted him and not so much as a hello he just asked me "where is tip for driver" ???
This was an Uber order so your tip will be on the app not cash.

I don't usually order pizzas but when I do, I often order from here because I like the thinner dough. Recently I ordered this funghi di bosco pizza and would definitely recommend! We got the tomato topping for bruschetta one time and that was really good too.
Not sure about the other reviews, but whenever I come, the owner always greets me nicely.

Avoid this location at all costs. They do not have their customers best interests at heart and only care about their profits . They fail to mention combos or deals that would otherwise help out their customers during these hard times. Refuse to refund and redo a transaction despite having to wait for the pizza anyways.

They have the most rudest customer service ever. The driver was sooo angry that we didnt tip for the service that was supposed to be delivered at the door. Not delivered on time + aggressive on not getting tip. Do not want to have this kind of experience with these people.

Coz I am not asking for it for free , and there is the guy was so mad and said “ you can not pick what ever you want to eat, gotta be fair for another peoples “ and I was like “what”?
