Omg — after 20 years, finally a Pizza Pizza that’s actually different and run by non indian. (Im not a racist but this is the truth most chains are run by indian, and quality has been declining). Finally a spot thats different. This location is really clean, spotless. The tables are so clean it has reflections on them, this is one of the few pizza stores that im willing to sit down and eat. The service is great, and the pizza itself is really good. The dough is super crunchy, and the ingredients taste really fresh. Honestly, the cleanliness alone makes this place stand out. Highly recommend! I can finally enjoy pizza pizza with a peace of mind without worrying.

I ordered a pizza from Woodbine & 16th store, Cachet Plaza location The pizza we received was burnt. The owner, an Asian Lady, was extremely rude and derogatory. I asked her to remake it, and she refused. I then asked for a refund, and she started to scream and shout.
Having ordered pizza on a weekly basis for years from this late cation, I was very disappointed by the owner of the store’s behavior. Historically this lady is very rude but today she crossed the line. She was screaming and shouting away. This is not acceptable.

I bought a slice of cheese and asked for chilli flakes and the Italian spice she take from under the table and poured by her self put too much when I asked you should let me do that she said after pandemic we’re not doing any more and also doesn’t have hat and hair was was open too which is totally not allowed to be like this and she was very rude as well my pizza tasted very salty because of the too much Italian spices she poured on it and actually didn’t care about it she acted like give the pizza for free ,as I saw other comments so many people complaining about this cashier lady but the owner don’t care about she is very selfish and rude ☹️😡🤮👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 she was a Chinese lady 9 August 024
This location should be the standard for all pizza pizza locations. Nothing compares when it comes to quality of food and customer service. I’ve been to many other locations in my time and one thing that stands out about this particular one is the overall cleanliness and attention to detail. Will be coming back here again for sure.
