Tried the AYCE Hotpot + Skewers and would not come back.
How it works: You mark what you want on a paper (appetizers and some hotpot ingredients), and they have stations where you can make your own sauce and grab some more hotpot ingredients. They have a separate station for skewers that they will take to the kitchen yo bbq.
There wasn't a huge variety of skewers, and the flavour gets very repetitive. The hotpot ingredients were not very fresh, and the area where you grab them yourself is not very clean. I saw some veggies that were outside of their containers be put back without washing! (I only saw this at the end of my meal)
There was only one waitress for a weekday night, but it wasn't too busy, so I didn't have to wait too long to order.
Overall, it looked like a vibe from the outside, but the cleanliness is a huge red flag.

The barbecue and hot pot barbecue served at the dine-in restaurant were sour. Show it to the waiter. They said the meat was fine and the dipping sauce was sour. The food in the pantry was not very fresh. It looked like it had been there for a long time. The frozen meat was frozen on the plate. Do you know how long it has been frozen?

I immediately had diarrhea after eating. The meat was very stale and tipping was mandatory. The barbecue was cold when served. It was probably leftovers from the table.

We all went to his house at 7:30, but there were a lot of customers (three tables). We asked the boss, can he hurry up? We were worried that there was a time limit. The boss was very nice and told us that there was no time limit. But at 9:30, he asked us if we had driven in the parking lot. It's closing soon and we have to go

On 12.15, we came to dine in for the buffet of kebabs and duck blood casserole. My companions were fine, but one of the skewers was not cooked and I ate it. I had gastroenteritis and had a fever that night and vomited. Food safety needs to be improved. Other than that, the price/performance ratio is okay (so two stars are barely there)

The service is very poor and the food is served slowly! The waiter became impatient after urging me several times. It was a very bad experience.

I arrived at the restaurant at six o'clock. After eating for two hours, I wasn't full. The food was served very slowly and tasted terrible. Then I went home and the two of us had diarrhea until now. If you hate someone, recommend him/her to come here for barbecue.

I will be very fair about my experience. We went there at 8:30pm. There were only 3 table of customers which included us. We ate til 10:30pm. Here is why.

The first order came fairly quick, but the 2nd order took a lot longer. We learnt our lesson so we immediately made 3rd order but still took a long time. That’s why we ate for 2 hours. I actually got hungrier waiting for the 2nd.

I would recommend you make large order on your first, but then again you are running the risk of your food getting cold but trust me, your 2nd order will come a lot later. You will have to push the waitress for it or your 2nd order will take forever to come.
3 table 1 waitress and the kitchen is having a hard time to keep up. If you decided to go and see 3+ table of customers, then you better make large order on your first.

Now serving speed aside, their food is great. But some food item on the menu is out of stock which is a bit disappointing.

I wanted to give 3 star but all you can eat skewer is pretty rare and besides I did ate over 60 skewers myself and wasn’t kicked out.

Here are some of the things, expect certain orders end up not coming.

They have a rule, they’d start charging over 100g worth of food not eaten. So before you make your order, ask the waitress if all orders came. That way you can keep track of your orders. (Some order end up not coming then you can reorder it or skip it)

It’s been 2 hours since I left and no stomach ache so the foods are fine.

It is $29.99 all you can eat starting 8:30pm which is reasonable. I would rate it 3.7 which is fairly close to the average rating.

I would definitely revisit the place some time in the future, since the serving speed, lost order and lack of supply can all be fixed by making huge order on the first one.

But remember don’t waste food even though it is all you can eat, that’s just courtesy and respect for foods.

Wasnt a busy night, was told they are busy with takeout. Only reason why i gave 1 star is the amt of food value consume was way below value.

I walk in as family of 4 ( my kids bday n they love skewers ), i ask for ala-carte cos me n hubby wont eat much. They try to convince AYCE is more worth so we took it. $41.99 per head.

Food was great, service is awesome considering 1 server only.

Only issue was after 1 round of serving we waited 30mins for the nx. At that point there is only 3 table of customer. My kids ask if that is all?? by e time 2nd came we had no appetite to continue. Plus many items from 1st n 2nd order were missing.

Told us they lost our order. Zzz

Wasnt a great experience. Wont b going back and wont recommend either

I have never ordered from an expensive and expensive restaurant. I admit that the all-you-can-eat price of this restaurant is quite cheap, but the take-out BBQ bibimbap costs more than 20 yuan for these pieces of meat, and two small steamed buns cost 4 yuan. Although the event is buy one get one, but giving a small box of food at the original price of 20 yuan is a bit insulting to my intelligence. If you don't want to give it, don't do takeout. I have never eaten such an expensive snack bento in my life.

The dishes are served completely randomly, and the buffet is organized as omakase. What you order depends entirely on your luck.
