Food is okay but not great. There was no music so the atmosphere wasn't great. There was only one person working to make drinks, take orders, clean tables, take bills, make shaved ice/sundae/lava cake/funnel cake fries. She did a good job.

The mochi toppings were completely tasteless. But the shaved ice was good.

Everything in the store is cute! I wanted to order one do everything to try. The shave ice is very creamy and not too sweet. The matcha shave ice has the perfect amount of matcha which is really nice. Their waffle was ok, a bit too bland for my liking. I felt that everything is a bit too expensive but it’s ok because everything is so cutee!! The store is also really well decorated with the little monster everywhere. Honestly a great place to come a have a little snack.

A refreshingly cute spot with a fun monster theme and perfect for a break from the endless sea of bbt choices around here! Dessert-wise, I’d call it a success. Yes, the staff could be more friendly, and honestly, the combo pricing doesn’t quite add up, so ordering individual items makes more sense. The shaved ice flavor is decent, not amazing, but I still enjoyed it. However, the atmosphere and theme, down to monster macarons and quirky décor, are what make it special. For the experience alone, I’d happily return. It’s a treat that’s more than just dessert!

Dietary restrictions: Dairies, shaved ice doesn’t seem to have substitutes available.

Parking: The lot can be challenging in the evening and weekend. But not as hard as the plaza across the street.

The food is not impressive but not horrible. It’s just a restaurant that markets using the Ghibli black soot character. Reason for the low review is the customer service. The waitress was very rude and gave very short answers to any questions. I’m not sure if she had a long day already but it left us extremely shocked. We asked if we could substitute an item and pay the price difference and was met with “No.”

Also they don’t accept credit cards. We were only told when the bill came. Very confused as the bill itself said they would round down if paid in cash.

Atmosphere was great. The tea was good but the food was disappointing. Matcha ice cream was lacking matcha taste. The Dango tasted off, definitely missing tofu as an ingredient. Couldn’t believe one of the dango favour was just coco powder. Probably not returning.

Excellent hidden gem. Dessert proportions are huge and the combos are probably meant for 2 people. There is such attention to detail and the ambiance and service was perfect for a nice treat!

I liked the interior of the store. It was very instagramable and the seats were comfortable. The food was OK and it was very cute. The portion is not too big or not too small. If you order a combo menu, it should be good for two people. I liked their ice cream the most. The tea pot was very cute too. Their mochi was not too sweet or salty and I liked them.

A cozy dessert spot for some late night snacks. Their desserts are all super cute, great for pics, the space is neat. The actual food is pretty tasty too. Would recommend the bingsu to share if you just had a big dinner

The lady is very nice! The store decoration is very cute! I ordered the limited edition cherry blossom ice, white jade dumplings ? and mango mille-feuille... except that the mango mille-feuille skin was a bit dry and I didn't like the jam layer in the middle, everything else was pretty good. A very suitable store for children!
