Great restaurant! We tried the salmon sashimi and spicy salmon roll, and both were amazing. You can really taste the freshness and quality of the salmon—the sashimi was fresh, tender, and delicious. The spicy salmon roll was something special, with a unique spicy topping that added so much flavor. Definitely coming back! 🍣

Yin (隠) Sushi Market is a good place to grab sushi on the go. The fish is fresh and the prices are reasonable, though the limited seating makes it better suited for takeout. The Charashi is a good value option. While the packaging has become more basic in recent years, the sushi itself is still highly recommended for its fresh ingredients and high quality-to-price ratio. Service was excellent, more of a take out spot with very minimal dining area seating. Lots of cool fresh and frozen options to buy in store, as well. This place provides quality ingredients without being overpriced. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious!
