We walked in wednesday at noon and we enjoyed the space by ourselves happily. the black garlic soup ramens are good but we are disappointed that they are charging extra for green tea and the green tea comes in lukewarm and they use plastic tea bags. The selection felt surprisingly limited.
The meat was fresh and dishes came out quickly, which was definitely a plus.

The Korean bibimbap was actually pretty good.
Everything else was just… fine.

Nothing tasted bad, but nothing really stood out either.
Overall it was a perfectly average Korean BBQ experience, just not one I feel like going back to.

“Japanese Style Hot-Pot 🍲 💯

The food was so good. Especially we love the soup broth (sukiyaki & pumpkin soup). All the ingredients are fresh and the appetisers are freshly fried and hot. Also love the dessert their crème brûle is amazingly creamy and delicious.

Janice who served us and all other staffs coming after 6. All of them are very nice and helpful.“

“We came because you have good reviews. We found out that Gyu Hito is an amazing go-to-place for delicious Japanese AYCE BBQ! The restaurant has a modern feel to it and the staff is incredibly attentive to our food needs. Such good service! The food itself is so tasty (so many different types of seasoned meats) and there are many yummy sides you can order as well! The most thing I like is the fruit tea, best combination with BBQ. Dessert is also something to look forward to because you can choose your favourite Melona popsicle and have it with a sweet creme brule dessert!“

The 4-broth pot is too small, and the vegetables are cut so long that it's really hard to fit them into the compartments to cook. The most frustrating part is that they got rid of the crème brûlée and milk pudding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We selected the Omakase menu, and the cuisine was both superb and remarkably fresh. As this was my inaugural Omakase experience, I thoroughly enjoyed the complete and authentic experience. I will go back to the restaurant again to explore another of their Omakase options.“

“good value and portion of in the town richmond hill ontario. we went early for dinner thus service is better and quieter. the chicken karaage is diff from traditional ones as not using corn starch but used batted coating; surprisingly good thin coating juicy and the wasabi dressing
was matching perfectly. the beef mushroom cream sauce pasta is good too but a bit heavy on the cheese and the cream. a sharing dish. the pork loin set with the spicy demi glacéd sauce was good in generous portion and cutlet coating. somehow a bit dry on the loin. the sad was fresh; high light is the spicy sauce, we brought the leftover sauce home for other seafood dish. seating area is spacious; the music was a bit loud. a good place for dating and gathering. i will return for other dishes. cheers“

Fresh sushi and Japanese owed which is hard to find in Toronto (mostly Korean owned). They import their Chu Toro Tuna from Japan and it is exquisite. This is a gem in Toronto, a must try.“

“The restaurant, service and food at this restaurant was good. However the only downside is that the customers are literally asked to pay a tip. During this difficult period of the pandemic, it is hard to leave a tip. It should be optional but if you do not tip, you are sort of asked "why no tip". This becomes odd and the customer should be given the discretion to tip. This is the reason, I am giving 4 stars to this restaurant.“

“I LOVE CAFE MOZAIKO.
The attention to detail on the sushi naming and packaging. Fish is always fresh and my personal fave is the torched sushi and tofu pockets. Would get these on repeat everytime. The location near Cathedral town is spacious for indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of drinks to choose from too to pair with the sushi.
If you love Anime and Sushi, this is the spot.

They even had a featured artist alley sticker area by the cashier supporting other local businesses.

“My girlfriend and I had decided to try this Korean-Japanese restaurant nearby. We received excellent customer service, and the food was great as well. James was such a very friendly, polite, and professional employee. I felt like I was treated well—one of the best customer services I have experienced. I would highly recommend this restaurant.“

“So many vegan sushi options, made fresh. Portions sizes are also huge and they are very generous with the fresh ingredients - especially the avocado! We didn’t realize this is more of a take-out place and not a sit-down restaurant (my own fault for not doing proper research beforehand) and as we aren’t local to the area and it was pouring rain when we got there, taking our food to go wasn’t really an option. The lovely lady who served us was kind enough to set up 4 chairs around the one table they had in the shop and really did her best to ensure we had a “real meal” that closely resembled a full restaurant experience in the small space at the front of the shop, which we really appreciated!“
