Hibiki sashimi is our favorite post-Unionville trail walk treat to ourselves. They honestly serve the best sashimi cuts in GTA. We always end up disappointed when we get sashimi from a different place since we've been spoiled by Hibiki's quality. Toro toro maki and black cod misozuke are other dishes that we've order in the past and really enjoyed!
Overall, nice atmosphere and the food is okay but kind of pricey for the quality you get. Ordered the sushi set and the black garlic oil ramen. However, the egg yolk tasted a bit stale, not sure if it’s the taste of if it was gone bad.

Good spot for Japanese food. Service is fast with good vibes. Seatings are spacious compared to other Japanese restaurants which we really enjoy. Since we are detoxing therefore ordered: 1. Sashimi MORIAWASE (18piece at $48) 4/5 2. Green salad 4/5 3. Seaweed salad 4/5 4. Grilled eggplant 4/5 5. Grill zucchini 4/5 Overall the food quality is good and fresh, the option is VERY small though considering the price. Foods are delicious, just Pricy and small portions make it a 4star
