Only dish was good is Hainamiese chicken
This evening , we ordered two sets of meals from this cafe (which we had tried many tmes before) via Uereat. One is the Signature Hainanese Chicken Rice and the other is baked pork on fried rice with cheese. Both of them were its well known dishes.

Long waits. But you already knew this before coming here, so no big deal.
But for what? The food is very average. The legendary Hainanese chicken rice is a real letdown. The chicken was underseasoned and overcooked, the rice was strangely flavoured and sauces were weak. And where's my chicken soup - guess the dish would be ok for non-SG/Malaysia palettes.
The baked pork chop is bland and dry and rice is subpar.

Garden Hong Kong Cafe is a small restaurant where you may have to wait a bit, but the friendly staff makes up for it. The food is great, with a huge gap between the portion size and the price.
