Very disappointing experience. Came all the way from Notth York and was told the walkin queue was cut, I actually came one hour before closing time. I understand that the BOGO offer is massive and the restaurant may not be able to handle. But at least if you intend to stop the queue pls let the customer know through social media platform.

Sept 12th, 2025 update: I've been coming to this ramen location on and off sparingly for about 5-6 years, the food quality remains decent. However they increased the price by a sizeable $$ amount (food price inflation). Ordered the Tonkotsu ramen + Gyudon (beef) and it came to $37 after tax/tips. Not the worst I've seen in terms of price... but gone are the days where a quick japanese ramen meal eating out were cheap & affordable.
Kudos to this store for remaining open after all these years.

Came here for an early dinner. Unfortunately, they were sold out of the simple set which would’ve been perfect for what I was looking for. I wanted to try something different and opted for the vegetarian mazemen which had a unique flavor. Can’t say I loved it. Sansotei is a good spot for an easy and quick dinner.

Well, this spot’s off my list. Noodles were alright, but the broth? Weak and way too salty—tasted straight out of a factory flavor packet. Meat and egg? Total bare-minimum effort. And then the deal breaker: I found a grey hair in my bowl. That’s an instant nope.

Dropped by for a fast lunch — nothing particularly special, same menu as usual. The only standout was their “Kids Eat Free” special, which is a nice bonus for families. If you’re in a hurry or dining solo, it’s a convenient and reliable option.
We’ve come a few times to this location but after our last experience it will be hard for us to come back. We ordered the tonkatsu ramen and everything about the dish was incredibly salty. We were incredibly thirsty after our meal!
