This is the first time I went to Silo since it opened. The menu was not big but it has something for everyone. Food tastes really good. Whether it is the steak, the lamb, or the salads, all taste great.
The only thing is they use the same sauce for the seafood linguine and the mussels (of course we didn’t know), we ordered both and realized we had literally 2 of the same thing 🤷♀️
Others are great.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed at Silo Angus Glen Restaurant. Located on the Angus Glen Golf Course, the view is absolutely stunning. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the service attentive, and the food exceptional.
My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here with family/friends, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make our evening special, even bringing us a complimentary dessert with a sweet message. The food was exceptional - the lamb shank and the grilled salmon were cooked to perfection, our guests raved about it. Highly recommend for any special occasion!
It’s clear the chef puts thought and passion into every dish. The staff were very knowledgeable about the menu and offered fantastic suggestions. Manager Manod and Chef Rohan both deserve at least 5 stars for their attentive service and positive attitude.
Overall, the staff were polite and attentive, going above and beyond to provide a wonderful dining experience. Congratulations to the whole team!
This location is a hidden gem and highly recommended for celebrating special occasions. Every photo you take here — from the cuisine to the atmosphere — is social-media worthy. A wonderful restaurant that delivers on every level and is absolutely a must-visit!

Played a round of golf with the boys at Angus Glen last Sunday, August 31st, and decided to stop by the 19th hole for a pint and some appetisers. What was supposed to be a quick drink turned into a full evening—we ended up having a great meal and some really good wine. The atmosphere was awesome, and the service and hospitality were top-notch. The restaurant manager and our server took great care of us. Can’t wait to head back again with my family before the end of fall!

Good food at reasonable price and great services. We have a table on the patio facing the 18th hole on a sunny day.

My family and i always come to silo for over 3 years and i don’t really write reviews, but i had to give my server Marsis a standing ovation for the outstanding service that was given to us. Marsis is without question an experience professional. She is very polite and courteous without being presumptuous. In such industry it takes a level of skills to understand your guess and use the appropriate friendliness to avoid being over attentive so you don’t come off being fake and annoying to your guess. My kids were so happy that they say to my wife we would love to be served by her again. The food was very delicious and well served. Thanks to the chefs.
We will definitely be back. See you soon Marsis!

I went in yesterday, to grab a drink from the bar and this amazing lady name Krystal was in there and she had such a warm entry to the bar, her smile, her caring about what I was speaking upon, I will be back for Krystal, the other girl in the bar doesn’t seek to happy, she is just straight l forward no smile just a chuckle they need to only have one bartender in the bar, it will weight down the service if one person is bubbly and the other is un caring.. but overall Krystal made my experience amazing. Thank you once again

Another gem in the Markham area, not busy at the weekend (must make reservations and open for public ). The buger was moist and favoritful. Other food quality is above the standard. We also love the outdoors seating under the summer period. I also saw some tables come for celebration .I will come again before winter.

It’s located in Angus Glen golf course so the view is certainly amazing. The interior dining room is tastefully decorated and the outdoor patio space is just perfect. The service is excellent and the food is great. Price is reasonable. We love the steak sandwich which is shaved beef. It’s moist and juicy. Same as the half chicken. It’s perfect place for dinner after golfing. You can also just go there without a need to golf. It’s really a hidden gem in Markham.

Very disappointing brunch experience.
Four of us visited Silo today, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst brunch experiences we’ve had.
1. The first issue started right away — we found a hair in the fruit that was served. While the staff agreed to replace it, this was already an unpleasant start.
2.Then, despite following up twice, our food took around 30 to 45 minutes to arrive.
3.Even after such a long wait, two of our dishes were completely missing — this was beyond frustrating.
4. We also asked for water, and although the bottle was taken away to be refilled, it never came back.
What surprised us the most is that the staff who helped us seemed very untrained and disorganized. Ironically, the intern working nearby was more attentive and competent than the official staff. For a well-known establishment like Silo, proper staff training is the bare minimum. Today’s experience was incredibly disappointing and fell far below expectations.
