First tried their Bulgogi Eggs Benedict on uber eats. It was 10/10 delicious so I decided to dine in on the next go.

Had the Char Siu Eggs Benny this time around and a Coco Pandan latte.

The Char Siu was also 10/10. What gives their breakfast a 10 for me on both dishes is that their sides aren’t just an afterthought. I can appreciate a well seasonsed side salad and spicy home fries.

Can here around 11 on a Friday and the place was fairly busy, but service was still very quick and friendly. It’s definitely a “trendier” spot in the area, definitely an atmosphere you’d expect downtown which I though was a nice change in the Markham area.

Lots of parking as well, would highly recommend as a good spot to grab brunch in the ~downtown Markham area.

The wait was a tad long to get in but it was totally worth it. The staff was super friendly and our waiter was funny. The drink I got and all the food was delicious and they served everything a lot quicker than I would have expected for a place that was so packed.

Great service, ambience is good. Food is absolutely delicious. Fresh ingredients and flavorful well seasoned potatoes!!

Macha was perfectly created, although $9 is a bit steep.

Will be back to try more menu items, but perhaps with a coffee next time.

My second time trying to get a table for this place. First time, there was no waiting area and I was told the waiting time is half an hour, so I left.

Second time, my cousin got a seat earlier for us. When the food came, I felt the food didn’t stand out- making me wonder why this place is crowded all the time. The lack of cafes offering brunch around the area?

Service was so good, everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The Char Siu Benedict was insane — the pork was flavorful, eggs perfectly done, and the sauce tied everything together. Potatoes were crispy and seasoned so well. Atmosphere was really chill and cozy too. Definitely coming back.

Had breakfast with friends on the weekend and it was delicious. Great service, good food, yummy home fries and nice variety to choose from on the menu. I had the girl breakfast, friends had the Benedict’s - mushroom truffle and bbq pork. Everyone enjoyed and left satisfied. Recommend and will be back.

Food was very below average. Benedict was so dry. French toast was good though. Thai iced tea was made horribly.

I love thr Trinity Bellwoods location, and happened to notice there was a location near me. The food is just as delicious, and intentional, and service is super. I had the Girl's Breakfast with the following modifications: easy-over eggs, add sausage order to the dish. I also had the Earl Grey Matcha with oat milk as a substitute. Delicious. Would definitely come back. I am super excited that this location is nearby! I went here by myself and definitely is comfortable to dine on your own. This location has parking, which is a plus because the Trinity Bellwoods locations parking situation isn't optimal lol.

I wasn’t happy with my first visit to Sisters & Co Markham. Two friends and I arrived around 10:30 a.m. on a Sunday, and the wait was about 30 minutes, which was expected. The first issue was that they don’t accept reservations and don’t have a waiting area, so we were asked to wait outside. This would have been fine if it wasn’t freezing, but instead we ended up sitting in our car and burning gas.

The space itself is cute but very small, and their current system doesn’t seem to work well when it’s busy. Maybe it’s better on weekdays, but on a busy weekend it felt poorly managed. Secondly, most of the staff appeared unhappy, with the exception of one person. I understand the Sunday brunch rush can be stressful, but some basic customer service and pleasantries would have gone a long way.

Another downside was the 75-minute time limit, which felt very rushed, especially for a weekend brunch where people typically want time to relax and catch up. We definitely felt pressured to leave.

The food was decent but nothing memorable. I ordered the Gochujang Chicken & Waffles, while my friends had the Sister’s Traditional Breakfast and the Sister’s Breakfast Sandwich. Everything was fine, just not standout.

Overall, I wasn’t impressed, and there isn’t anything that would bring me back.

Pros:
- Cute location
- Lots of parking in the back
- Food is decent

Cons:
- No reservation system
- No waiting area
- Unpleasant staff
- 75-minute time limit feels rushed
- Very small and cramped seating area
