Use to visit this location in the past (over one year ago). It has definately gone down hill since then. They do not cover the serving dish with paper like before. Other locations I have been to do this procedure, not sure why this location does not any longer. Server also knocked my fries over and didn't seem to care. I ordered my usual mushroom and swiss burger. The burger seemed ok but there was way too much pepper on the mushroom topping. Overall did not enjoy the experience and will not be returning.

Came on Sunday afternoon. Food was decent, although some of the toppings had been removed from the board. Only one slice of tomato on my burger.

Very poor ventilation, when you walk in your cloths instantly smell like burger and fries. Service is very slow. There was no one at cash register for like a good 5 min.

Place was very Smokey and had a burnt smell. Almost like the hood over the grilling area isn’t working properly. I ordered a poutine and paid around $9.00. Service was quick but the quantity of what you get for what you paid doesn’t match up. You get the equivalent of a small fry when you order the poutine and what you pay for it isn’t worth it. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Regular chain burger store. Price is over average. Unlimited toppings. Fresh made.

Limited toppings, and we were told to pay after asking for 2 sauces on the side.$30 for a burger, poutine, fries, and a drink. Value is questionable.

Came to Toronto for a hockey tournament. This place was just down from our hotel. Figure a quick burger to fill the stomach after a long car ride from out of town. And wasn't disappointed with the food. The burger was fantastic. There's lots of options for toppings. Fries were great. Even tried my wife's chicken burger. It's very thick and juicy. The only drawbacks were the prices and seating. We came with a few other player families. There we're not many, maybe 12, a total of us there. They had sectioned seating, and we were not able to sit all together. It's not a huge deal, though not many places can accommodate that amount of people in one sitting. But the prices. Wow. Over 60 bucks for myself, my wife, and young daughter to eat. For burger and fries. I get its all natural grain fed beef. But over 20 bucks per person is reaching too far. Especially when A&W is also using high-quality beef too now.The price would be the only deterant for my next visit. There are too many options that to us are better suited for the price point. We could go to an actual sit-down restaurant for that price and have a proper dining experience.

This is the best spot for some crunchy and delicious fries. The staff is always smiling and welcoming, making you feel like you want to come back again and again. I've been a regular customer for so long I can't even remember when I started coming here. The fries are seriously amazing and I'd definitely recommend trying them out. The service is quick and efficient, and for an extra cost, you can add gravy. You really can't go wrong with this place.

Went to South St. Burger for lunch today and ordered a poutine to-go. Got back to my office to see that it was only half full and looks like there is no gravy at all (see pictures). My drive was only 7 mins long. Extremely disappointed because I know they could do better than this. I paid close to $9 for this and got what feels like $5 worth of food… ?

It's been a while since I visited and I was shocked to see at the current prices. I paid almost $18 for a burger and onion rings, with No Drink! Regrettably at those prices, that was most likely my last visit.
