I had ordered thru the app and asked for it to be toasted and grilled. Ordered Multigrain bread. When I got to the store my order was already packed and when the older gentleman behind the counter handed me my order he told me they have run out of Multigrain bread and it's only regular bread.
When I got home the bread was soggy. It was not toasted or grilled. My first time ordering from this store and will also be the last time I'm ordering from here

Went to get some cookies the guy who’s serving tried to give the burned macadamia cookies which can be clearly make out with the colour so bought the chocolate chip cookies which were burnt as well and they were so hard to chew.I strongly do not recommend their cookies. Atleast do not cheat a customer when u already know they are bad.

Don’t ever go here. We ordered 2 subs at 6:34 during a tournament and did not receive the order until 8pm. The time kept changing and updating. This is not acceptable, we can’t have the food because it’s too late and the kids had something else. We only ordered from here because they said it would be 15-25 minutes. We tried to call repeatedly with no answer to get an explanation or see if they were just too busy. Other teammates went to the physical location and said there were only a few customers and they just let the phones ring. If you need a sub, don’t go to this location.

Food took 30 mins to get. Told us to fix the app for them when it was not scanning, when asking for the bread type, she was mumbling and pointed at it and didn't just ask what type we wanted. Food was normal as expected. The workers got frustrated and mad. From what I see, they are only friendly to their "regulars". They cut the footlong in half, but the two parts were so uneven. I do not like the morning service on Saturday.
