All Subway’s are awful quality and portioning

I am a subway lover, but I had the worst experience at Subway #735 Markland St, Markham store location. The gentleman there overcharged me for a 6 inch turkey sub at 8.99 and it should have been 7.69. But to top it off, I complained twice to the Subway website and no one responded to either complaints. They simply don't care. Don't go to this location. The men seemed friendly and nice, but overcharged me with a smile on their face. Disgusting.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!i was starving just finishing studying and went to subway over here at 9th line. upon entering i was greeted with a frown. i simply asked the worker what proteins they had as she asked what i wanted and was laughed at for no reason at all?! after only giving me white bread (they didn't have any other bread for some reason) she made me pay the second it was in the toaster and didn't even wait to finish making the sub + she didn't even ask if i wanted cheeese she just slapped it on. after that she gave me the smallest portions i've ever had in a sub before which hurt me lol. upon finishing the sub she didn't even cut it in half like what loll??. to top it off and make things even worse she charged me 15 dollars for this sub when i've gotten this sub my whole life and it always has been costing me 12 dollars. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE PLS DO NOT GO HERE. subway please hire some better workers if anything give me a job i'll do a lot better i promise.

Walked in today and there was one person in front of myself and a friend. There was one overworked staff member at the store working behind the counter. She had to prepare 2 online orders before she asked for our order. While we waited, 2 groups of 4 came in and joined the line.The staff member was doing her best, but forgot to add the bacon in my steak and bacon sandwich. She put one small scoop of tuna for my friends sandwich, vs 2-3 scoops usually at other locations. They had no cheese options besides white, which is disappointing as the variety of cheeses is one of the better parts of subway.While making our order, the second group of 4 left saying that they didn't want to wait that long. I definitely think they need more staff at this location, and to ensure the staff don't miss anything on the orders.Definitely do not recommend this location, clearly the franchisee doesn't care to invest in having the staff or supplies required to offer what other subway locations do.

We order online for veggie delight and it was never expected of such a worst sandwich they served. There was nothing inside just lattice and few spinach no sauces no veggies. We ordered with all veggies and food sauces on it but there was nothing like that. Poor customer service. Never ever visit this place.

Arrived at this location with my son at at 10:45pm on Friday April 15, 2023. Sign still on saying “Open” and “Temporary Hours” say “11pm” close yet woman inside refused to open the door to serve us. I spoke to her through the door and asked why sign says open yet doors locked? She claimed because she had to clean up. Wow Unacceptable!

unbelievable, Subway selling sandwiches and they are out of bread. few months ago i went there they were out of bread , yesterday same thing wanted to get few sandwiches for the kids they only had half a bread, and the excuse was was busy . few other customers came had to leave too for no bread. you are loosing business . wont be back to this location.

If we could give zero stars, we would. This has to be the worst subway we have been to. We got a tuna foot long sandwich which had 3 half scoops of tuna while the server was struggling to spread it across the whole sandwich. We got smashed avocado and she literally was adding a touch like drops as if it was sacred. Never coming to this one again.

Poor quality control. Mushy tomatoes and wilted brown lettuce being served to customers. When asked for another batch of lettuce, was told no. This place needs to do better...Will not be returning.

I grew up going to this restaurant and still frequent it as an adult. I have fond memories of this restaurant, but was surprised at a somewhat recent visit to purchase a sub in-store and was given the option to leave a tip while paying for my sub. Although I felt comfortable not leaving an in-store tip, I was surprised that I was presented with this option. I am wondering how many restaurants are doing this now. I enjoy eating out, but feel uncomfortable leaving a tip at a fast food restaurant. I recommend this Subway for it’s cleanliness and quality of the food and good service, I just felt uncomfortable with their tip option while paying.
