The Subway at 6605 Highway 7, located just minutes down the road from Markham Stouffville Hospital, is an excellent, reliable choice for a quick meal. This specific branch is exceptionally clean, well-lit, and orderly, making it a peaceful stop for hospital visitors or staff. The local sandwich artists are remarkably fast, polite, and attentive, meticulously building your meal exactly...read full review
I don't usually bad reviews, but you guys need to do better, stale bread...barely any toppings or meat nothing tasted fresh. On a high note the service was excellent but food was terrible
I recently ordered two veggie subs from Subway, and I’m genuinely impressed with the experience. 🥪 Both sandwiches were made exactly to my specifications—fresh ingredients, perfectly assembled, and clearly prepared with attention to detail.
What really made this visit stand out was the exceptional customer service. The staff were not only polite and welcoming but also took the time to ensure everything was just right. It’s rare to see that level of care and consistency.

Subway is a nice, clean place with good service. The bread might not always be fresh, which is important. The employee named Manpreet warmly welcomed customers and made subs neatly. Fresh veggies and chicken were used in making the subs. The new Tandori menu item was delicious. Employees are polite and kind, providing a great experience for visitors. This Subway location is a must-visit.
