SunTea 新作の茶 Markham (Lang Ham Square)

Came in at 12 when they opened but was told they wouldn't be ready for another half hour. Then saw someone ordering about 10 minutes later. Went to order but was told the boba and milk tea wouldn't be ready for another hour minimum. The one that was in Markham road and 16th never had any issues, not sure why they closed nut this location was really disappointing. I love the creme brulee milk tea but havent been able to get it since the other location shut down.

Pretty solid choice. I had the daily special on Friday and was happy with my drink. I selected the 30% sugar option and the drink was very unsweetened which I liked compared to other places

They offer unique and creative drinks, and my favorite is the Brulée Boba Milk Tea which is rich, creamy and has the perfect caramelized flavor. The staff are polite making each visit a pleasant experience. There’s usually not much of a wait, which is a huge plus. Definitely a great place to stop by if you’re craving something delicious and different!

I also appreciated that they let me switch out the tea for water for the mango tea slush. I was surprised at the sugar levels for example 50% seemed less sweeter compared to other stores.

The Lime Tea with Camelia Jelly was the best I ever had!

I order a taro coconut milk with mochi, but there is NO mochi at all in the drink!
