We go here at least once a week ever since they introduced mega size. As bubble tea lovers, we appreciate the big size options and find Sun Tea has some of the best menu diversity and creativity compared to other places. The staff are always nice and there is usually quick service.

I got this mega sized milk tea, fulfilled my bubble tea craving of the day. And the matcha Dorayaki is also really good, it’s definitely a good snack to have with some bubble tea very satisfied?

The milk tea actually has a real tea taste to it. It's not too sweet and has just the right ratio of milk to tea. The strawberry peach slush and the grape slush are amazing. They actually taste like the real fruit and have a good texture since they add jelly too. The slushes have tea in them too, and I can taste the authenticity of the tea used. The server was polite and could speak Chinese and English. The slush takes a little long to make, but it is worth it for the quality. A nice quiet, clean store in a good area.

My friend brought me here to try for my very first time, and it did not disappoint. My drink was fruity and had just the right amount of sweetness. The "crunchy bits" were good, which I'm assuming was the agar -- a change from the traditional tapioca pearls found in regular bubble teas. The store had a few tables squeezed into a narrow corridor, so it's not the best place for a large group of friends to hang out in.I want to make this comment since I care about the environment: their cups are very high-quality plastic which can definitely be reused, but I doubt that many people keep them so I worry about all the extra garbage going to landfills.

Went in at 12:15pm on 7/7 - the person behind the counter was busy with making drinks. No greetings and i waited for him to finish before taking my order. After 20 minutes wait (for 2 drinks) he announced the drinks are ready. I went to pick up the drinks from him and I said thank you, again no thank you no sorry for the long wait no goodbye. Just handed me the drink and didn't say a word. I love Suntea and their drinks but the service at this location isn't too friendly. I am not sure if it's because I went 15 mins after opening but if you are not ready then don't open the door then.
Ordered bubble tea asked for 100% sugar and they gave me 0%. No resolution from the food app or from the store.Wont be using the app or going here anytime soon

It was a little difficult ordering drinks here due to a language barrier/ miscommunication with staff. I went here because I saw interesting drink pics on social media. But it didnt end up looking similar once I ordered.Drink tasted alright, but wouldn't repurchase.

Tried the fresh mango coconut drink. Pretty refreshing but not the greatest value for the money. The cups are deceivingly in size with a fairly narrow base. A few sips and boom—end of the movie.

I had ordered drinks for pickup but when I arrived, the staff said that they never got it (despite me having an order confirmation and everything).Shortly after this interaction, the staff promptly walked away without another word. When he came back, I tried clarifying with him how this might have happened and he promptly brushed me off saying that they closed the orders for a while now, and then walked away again.I believe that this genuinely could have been a bug that is the responsibility of the app, but I was extremely hurt by how dismissive the staff was when I was clearly confused. Even as I stayed to sort this out with the app's customer service, the staff didn't bother to acknowledge me anymore. Needless to say, I decided to leave empty handed as a result.
