For some reason the chicken is always so fresh and tasty from this location, especially if you add the (white meat) option you get a bigger portion too. Very quick service, salads are always good too.

Hello Google review visitors. I have been a frequent customer at this branch for the longest time but in recent years but service haven’t been the best. However, visiting once again (on December 21st, 2025) in awhile to see if things have improved - and it did! Had Isaiah and Greeshma service us and they were extremely pleasant and made my family’s dinner visit an enjoyable visit. Attentive, smiles all around, and most of all hardworking (some others in the past have been grumpy and without smiles). Environment was calm and festive given its coming Christmas. Thank you for a great meal Isaiah and Greeshma!

What a lovely dining experience! My wife and I pulled up in the drive thru on a long Saturday evening, just looking for a bite to eat before we put the kids to bed. We were met with some of the best service I have experienced since ‘82. Lana made sure our food was prepared in due time. It was an adventure in the world of flavour, worthy of a Steven Spielberg trilogy. The service here makes a bad day good, and a good day better. Shoutout to Lana for a 5/5 dining experience.

Ordered festive chicken sandwich...fries totally re heats, and no cranberry mayo on sandwich called manager she listened and said OK and hung up!! DO NOT give them your business

Chicken dry, salad old and tasted like it was in the fridge for a week. The fries portion was tiny. We don’t usually come to this location. Will stick to my Richmond Hill Swiss Chalet.
We had a wonderful experience at Swiss Chalet Markland thanks to our amazing waitress, May. She was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Her friendly energy really stood out. The manager, Kelly, was also great—always helping around the restaurant and ensuring customers are happy.
May went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable, and we left impressed with both the food and the outstanding service. Thank you, May, for making our visit fantastic!
