A good Swiss Chalet. Nice environment. Clean. Prompt, pleasant and courteous service from server Jessica. Chicken can occasionally be dry but very good value with 2 can dine for $20.99. East parking. Would recommend if wanting Swiss Chalet.

The rib we ordered is like the frozen ones bought at the grocery store. It tastes nothing like cooked. It must be just heated from frozen as the meat is hard and stick on the bone. Also we were told there’s no dark meat for the chicken and we need to switch for chicken breast.

We usually love this place, kids eat free on weekends which is a big plus. However, their staffing was a problem several times where we waited almost an hour for food, their ran out of dark meat and milk. They are very understaffed as well and the waitresses were doing too much, even the cook started coming out to serve. I think they might have changed the management recently.After this review, they were quick to attend to it and made some excellent changes.I still recommend this Swiss Chalet as they have kids eat free during the weekends which no other Swiss Chalet does (usually on weekdays) so it really makes this restaurant a great value and even cheaper than food court with good service

Dietary restrictions: It would be very helpful if the allergens could be separately listed for the main and add-ons.Example: Chicken on a bun lists wheat as an allergen. I took a guess that wheat was the allergen for the bun so I requested that the bun be removed.

Ordered take out opened at home to see that the sauce and gravy containers are in were food should goes to minimize even less food to the customer to try to fool you. Haven't been to Swiss Chalet since the pandemic and I will stay away from th again for another 3yrs. if they'll be still around. They suck more n more each time. They also will charge $2 more for one pc. of chicken if it's white meat total SCAM. You can go to Cosco and buy whole chicken cooked for $8.
