They never pick up calls, once i called multiple times thinking they might be busy and it said “person you are calling isnt taking calls at the moment” and when i went inside they have put the phone on side so no incoming can come! I dont know as an owner how you can operate your business like this!

The restaurant itself gives a grimy and dirty feeling feel so I decided to get take out and eat in the car. They just throw everything together, and deliver it to the customer like dog food. This is how you present people’s food? The outside of the boxes was oily and nasty, everything is leaking out of the box. They could drizzle it nicely and give the customer utensils with the food! Food wasn’t great either.

Coming from downtown Toronto where there’s many options for Shawarma, this place wasn’t good. They were very slow to make the food, and they didn’t put anything in the wrap that I requested. The presentation of the food was very messy as well and the wrap was falling apart.
A good thing I can say about this place, is that the chicken was juicy and not dry. That was a plus.

Been coming here a long time as it is good value. Today the shawarma had someone’s nail shavings inside which is pretty gross. Hope they improve their sanitary condition in the back there and let the workers know. Won’t be back.
