Happened to be in the area, first time coming. Tea and tapioca qualities are standard. However, I find their counter dirty compare to other bbt shops. I personally think they are just lazy to clean it.

I'll start off by writing that the Alley is one of my usual bbt chain places but this location for some reason just isn't consistent. Whether the service or the tapioca itself.
I love that the tapioca is made fresh. I guess with that comes inconsistency depending on the staff preparing the tapioca.
Depending on the staff, you might receive a friendly hello and pleasant interaction during your visit or you receive a cold shoulder.
When the drink is made good and the service is friendly it's a 5 star. Sadly, more often than not (lately) the service has been 3 stars and the drinks 3/4 stars.

Nice ambiance, great bbt and very friendly staff. Got the Deerioca Fever, peach oolong, lime honey with aloe and the seasonal strawberry matcha. Would recommend!
Sitting is pretty comfortable. Drink is good, portion is rather small for the price.

spent $8+ on a cup of brown sugar bubble tea, and it was awful. The pearls were so hard they felt like stones, definitely old and overcooked. The bubble must be sitting around for a while, Not only that, but I ended up with an upset stomach and diarrhea after drinking it. Absolutely disappointing, and I will never return!

Watery sad drink. I don’t know what they’re using but it’s very odd tasting. No tea flavour and not really any sugar flavour either, just tasted like water. Couldn’t even taste the milk in it

Service has always been great at this place! However I feel this place is often understaffed. Poor guy was by himself making multiple 2-drink orders back to back today! I’m good with a wait when it’s well communicated and it was.
