I'll start off by writing that the Alley is one of my usual bbt chain places but this location for some reason just isn't consistent. Whether the service or the tapioca itself.

I love that the tapioca is made fresh. I guess with that comes inconsistency depending on the staff preparing the tapioca.

Depending on the staff, you might receive a friendly hello and pleasant interaction during your visit or you receive a cold shoulder.

Service has always been great at this place! However I feel this place is often understaffed. Poor guy was by himself making multiple 2-drink orders back to back today! I’m good with a wait when it’s well communicated and it was.

I chose the Tiramisu forgot to take a picture. But just to let you know It looks and tasted just like Tiramisu but was a bubble tea with tapioca I was impressed. Also very busy and open at the late hour on Friday (11pm)
