I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons today. The staff were very kind and polite and let me take my time while ordering. Also, the food and my drink taste great, which made my day as the stuff were once again very considerate and kind.
Terrible service. At first sight the drive had a line as if there was a procession taking place. Decided to walk in but to my horror there was a lineup inside as well and to make things worse the person taking order was serving as in spite of having a pickup point. There was an adequate number of staff present but I had to wait 15 minutes for a cup of coffee. Tim Hortons better wake up to growing competition and advanced services with attractive promotions.
Well maintained. When I visited it was too crowded and very long queue till outside door.
