Their computer system did an over ride on my online offers and basically ignored my online offer and point redemption because of the sandwich deal they currently have. I had to pay more than I was supposed to and manager didn’t give a crap. Nothing I can do is all he (Rajeev Patel) said.

Ordered on phone for pickup a regular coffee, which on the app specifically says 1 sugar and 1 cream. The lady gives a pure black coffee, and tries to gaslight by saying, “You ordered regular, regular means no sugar no cream”. At least she fixed up the coffee and gave a regular in the end.
This same exact incident happened on three different occasions. Same phone app pick-up order, and same lady who makes the same “regular means black” mistake. Very disappointed.

Terrible service. Second time, walking in to get dozen donuts for staff at my Mom's nursing home. So slow. This time, the person acknowledged me, but kept on mopping, I waited, then she looks at me , then looks at her coworker. I just left. Terrible service.

This place has been getting worse and worse. I always used to order through the drive-thru, but a few days ago I decided to go inside to order, and it was shocking. There was spilled coffee in their work area that hadn’t been cleaned up. Flies were buzzing around everywhere! There was even a wasp inside the display case where they store the donuts. And also, the staff clearly lacks basic training. I won't be coming back, even though I've been a regular customer here for 7/8 years.
The service is getting worse and worse! Learn to respect people and treat people equally plz! Our family will not come back again.

They kept missing the food I ordered. Visited 9am used drive through this morning.After paid, this lady turned around her back and then turned, then gave me this weird look. I told her I haven’t received my coffee. She turned around to get the coffee, then held the coffee for a bit , gave me a careless look, said nothing, gave me the coffee. Wonder what’s wrong with this lady. Since when, Tim with this horrible service
