Usually appreciate how quick this drive-through is, but this morning the service felt overly rushed. The staff member nearly forgot my hot drink and gave me an unfriendly stare when I asked for a sleeve. Not the energy you want on a Monday morning.

Great for a stop on the way. Staff could maybe be a little more friendly, might be time to hire some new staff. Good place for something quick. Inside has a nice sitting with an artificial fireplace.

I put the mobile order, and it will ready to pick up on 8:15am. But I was waiting for 15mins to get my food(2 home style biscuits ). There have at least 9 staffs working in this location. The efficiency is still very low. I am not the only one who uses mobile phone to place orders. Others who are waiting for mobile phone orders to pick up their meals are also very frustrated. Poor service

This is easily one of the best Tim Hortons in Markham. I’ve noticed how well the place is managed. I have even seen the management team holding meetings and checking in regularly, which you don’t often see at other locations. The service is quick, the staff are polite, and everything is kept clean and organized. You can tell they really care about running things properly here. Furthermore, they have strawberry donuts and timbits all year around which makes this place even more unique. Highly recommend!

We placed a mobile order for the blueberry cheescake and strawberry timbits and waited through drive through for like 10 mins. Then, they go about saying that they did not have any… I feel like they should have updated their mobile app system rather than wasting our time… customer service could’ve been better
