Constantly say they are out of an item just so they don’t have to make it. Lazy. Constant wrong orders, long waits for simple orders, hair in my drink more than once. Insane. just call it an express if all ur gonna have is coffee and donuts.

Also @TimHortons responding, copying and pasting the same brain dead message over and over again isn’t doing anyone any favours. Clowns.

I tried their cilantro lime chicken bowl today. I’m compelled to make this known to Tim Hortons that 1) it doesn’t look appealing the chicken is not shredded or ground but seems like chopped to mushy appearance and 2) rice was hard some parts perhaps undercooked but also broken rice. I eat a lot of rice and can tell it’s like rice that is day old in its sauce/gravy. They add some crispy bits on top but it’s not visible enough so you can’t help to think if it is not crispies on top but something else. It’s really unappetizing overall. Check out the chicks in my photos to see what I mean.

Taste is savoury but I would say missing the true lime taste.

I won’t recommend bowls and I want Tim Hortons to know that they should really taste their bowls. Do you actually realize what you are serving your customers?

Customer service is friendly and its a nice store. They have to reconsider this food item.

8 - 10 employees standing there doing absolutely nothing. Most staffed and the slowest tims I have ever seen so far.

I wanted 1/2 dozen chocolate chunk, unfortunately this location doesn’t have. So I’m like okay give anything flavour which they did put also charged me extra because they didn’t have the classic? So why would you charge your higher cost cookies? When half is only 6.99$ if you don’t have enough you should let your guest know. Is this how you increase sells? During rush time have not enough cookies it’s already disappointing as a guest, but for charging this guest without their knowledge is also very sketchy. I did get a refund at the end, after complaining and asking for an receipt, keep in mind I normally don’t but what I pay for 1 m coffee and 6 cookies for $13 something, at first he was like it’s $15…. I was like for what? $6.99 plus $1.83 should be under $10……..

Slowest Tim Hortons. I don’t think they even pay attention to mobile orders. Waiting 15 min and counting for a breakfast sandwich and a hash brown….

The quality and customer service has dropped 100%.
They never ever seem to have multi grain bagels (the healthier version), never give napkins for driver thru customers, the hot coffee cups don't have the protector ring and the female at the counter is so unfriendly and morose.
Definitely must have changed ownership and the result is very poor quality and not worth the money.
