The worst Tim you can have. I just tried it for the first time. There were two Chinese girls I tried to order at drive through and then I repeated my order 3,4 times still she was confused and asked me again and again. After that I tried to order from Inside. Then again she was confused and ultimately I got the worst London fog and ice vanilla latte.

If I can give negative ratings I would love to do so, worst experience I have ever had, I ordered iced cap mocha which obviously comes with the straw and when I asked for one she replied so rudely that you have to ask for the straw and when I told her please behave properly, she literally made weird faces and shut the drive through window on my face. My sincere request to the owner kindly train your employees and teach them some etiquette how to behave nicely when you are representing some nice franchise. Very disappointed, will never visit this store for sure.

I didn’t know they served warm tea here - good job between 6 of you no one figured out water is not hot?Update - was wonderful had a Filipino worker try to excuse me at the drivethru / she did not understand what B.E.L.T stood for and tried to argue with me - why don’t you stop responding to google reviews and actually train your workers to be polite and respectful.

I came to leave a review for this Tim's and was shocked to see such overwhelming number of negative reviews. Although I cant be the judge for an in-store experience since I only used their drive-thru and my experience is limited.I went to the start of the line, got to the speaker, and was highly surprised with how energetic and positive the person answering the speaker was. I was so happy to interact with such a kind employee. She took down my order and I drove to the window. I asked to see the lady that answered the speaker and I told her that she made my day. All the other employees that took the payment and brought my food were also very kind and professional.I didnt wait even a minute at the window and almost as soon I finished talking and making the payment, I was out. Extremely fast, efficient, and professional drive-thru staff.

Poor service the lady who served me didn't respond or acknowledge my presence. Despite saying "thank you" twice, she simply looked away without uttering a word. This lack of communication left me feeling disappointed and unappreciated as a customer. I hope the staff at this Tim Hortons location can improve their service and communication in the future.

worst service. They don’t open the store on time as It should be open at 5 am but was still closed at 5:30 am . I was able to see staff inside but they didn’t open the door as it was locked.

Every time wrong order.How hard is that to punch in order and make a sandwich based on written order on the screen?You can’t manage a farmers wrap with mayonnaise and large coffee with 2 milk, then I don’t know what to say.I got charged for extra sausage and egg and got a regular wrap.

The lady who work’s there have a different attitude and have a very unhappy faces which is intolerable. I ordered 2 iced cap mocha first they serve us very late secondly the coffee have very little vip cream and when i ask her to add more she is being rude with me, bro i am paying almost $5 each and i am getting very poor coffee and very bad customer experience. I suggest you all to never visit this tim find another one.

Just asked for tap water refill, brought my own bottle. The lady wanted to charge me money for it.When I asked why, she just refused to fill my bottle and stated the reason was COVID.RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!There is no COVID now. She was a FILIPINA!!! No disrespect but this particular woman made the whole community look bad.If you are reading this please do not go there.

This tim hortons by fair is the worst one. The staff have serious problems. So rude and dismissive. one of the staffs said f you to me when i told her i was going to report her. Very very rude ladies working there. They also talk about you in Philippino to each other, they didn't know that i understood. Management needs to do something about this. I will not be spending another dime here.
