About Sinjeon Uptown Toronto

Sinjeon Uptown Toronto is a cute and quaint Korean street food spot in Thornhill that satisfies cravings for yummy rice cakes and fried food. The rose combo, including rose tteokbokki, deep fried fish cakes, and a tuna mayo rice bowl, is a popular choice. The rice cakes are soft and chewy, with a sweet but spicy sauce. Customers can customize their spice level, with level 1 having a nice kick. The tuna mayo rice bowl stands out for its delicious flavor that complements the tteokbokki sauce. While the food is really good, the menu is more snack-focused than a full restaurant menu. It's a great place to grab a quick bite, but not recommended for anything fancy or large groups. The polite service adds to the overall positive experience, making it a place worth revisiting for Korean street food enthusiasts in the area.

We added sausages to our tteokbokki too (+2.99) and in total it was very filling. The rice cakes were...read full review
