Roses New York Restaurant is a midtown gem that serves delicious food and provides exceptional customer service. This restaurant is a nostalgic spot for some, where they celebrate special occasions like Nowruz with family. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful dining experience, regularly checking in and making sure everything is perfect. Guests have praised the fantastic food, including the pizza made with fresh ingredients and the Persian chicken kabobs. The Philly steak was disappointing for some, and a sewer smell was noted near the basement washroom. The service is very professional, warm, and welcoming, with one server described as great, friendly, and very well dressed. The restaurant’s attention to detail and friendly approach make it a must-visit destination, even worth driving from downtown for.
