The mobile (pick-up service) is super slow and disorganized here. They skimp on the extra butter or cream cheese when ordered. Still, when you need a quick bite to eat, it’s the main Tim’s location on the corner of Major Mac and Markham. Otherwise, go to the Tim’s Express at the Esso gas station - yeah, less items - but fast and friendly and much more fresh…

I’ve been a regular customer at this Tim Hortons (9970 Markham Rd, Markham) for a very long time. Over the years, the service here has had ups and downs — sometimes very good, sometimes a few small issues.

But in the past few weeks, I’ve noticed a big improvement. This location has really stepped up and is doing a great job day by day.
