This supermarket mainly sells organic products, thus the price level leans to the high side. They have almost everything most of the supermarkets carry, from daily groceries to cooked food.

I made a super last minute stop here tonight, i wanted to grab flowers to make a bouquet and due to the little time I had I was prepared to rearrange them myself once I got home. I didn’t get their names but the two gentlemen at this store were so so lovely and stayed past closing to have the bouquet put together, it was the most beautiful set of flowers and I really appreciated their help, they truly went above and beyond today

Giving 3 stars. Would give 4 or even 5 except that their hot food table.is extremely salty!!!! For those of us watching sodium and things like this, this food is not so healthy!!!

Today we went to this supermarket for the first time and bought two boxes of ground beef for about $60 dollars . When we got home and opened the packages, the meat inside had already turned black turned black and smelled sour and rotten. The packaging even says it was packed on June 1st. Is this how you mix spoiled meat in and sell it to customers? This is outrageous!”

I don’t know if they do this regularly but the fact that there are staff members going around and testing the temperature of the food and fridges is amazing. Keeping the food out in wrong temps can lead to bacteria growth and food quality issues for consumers. The fact that they took the time to check every stall was reassuring.
I don’t think we say it enough but thank you so much to those who work at grocery stores and actually care! I felt so reassured that the quality of food I buy in this supermarket will be safe and clean. You make such a difference and I am so grateful!

Oct 4 2024 I bought one big chunk of shoulder pork with the advertised price of 5.99/lbs, only to realize at home that the weight was printed 1.5kg but its actually only 649 grams and I paid almost $21, $13 more than it supposed to be. Whole Foods Highway 7.
Oct 29 2024 I still don't receive any refund from Whole Foods, contacted the company online chat like days ago, they said the refund case is approved but yet til now no refund to my credit card. Really really disappointed.
Nov 7 2024 Finally received the refund of $12.46
PS: went to the same whole foods two weeks ago, the cashier almost charged me $13 for garlic that supposed to be only $2. All because she mistakenly place bananas on the scale. It's an honest mistake but I think Whole Foods need to train their people more. They are selling premium products so can we at least expect a premium service in return?
