I would not recommend going here. I don’t know why I didn’t post this earlier but about a year ago I biked to ygo with one of my friends and might I need to tell u that he is special education, and when we ordered there, the girl/woman was very unpatient with me and my friends questions. She treated us very harshly and told us that “there are other customers she needs to tend to, and if we are taking this long to order then we should get out. This is very unacceptable, I hope people will know this story

I first was intrigued to try this bbt shop because of the bogo offer on uber. I ordered their grape golden oolong tea without any expectations but holy I’m ADDICTEDDDD. I want it alll the time and Im tempted to try their other drinks but would ALWAYS go back to this one. The grape flavour is sooo fruity, refreshing n tasty like candy and the tea has a roasted flavour. Soooo good!

Customer service is non-existent here. We like the tea so we’ve detoured from 404 to come here many times but they always seem to disappoint. Today, the owner held our uber order and didn’t make it until we arrived because we asked for the panna cotta topping in the notes since it wasn’t available on uber. In store they said the panna cotta is a different price so it can’t be substituted. It’s $1 more. Seriously. Add to that they have no washrooms (which I think is a bylaw violation), and we won’t be going out of our way to come here again.

The drink was good, but the girl with glasses at the counter was disappointing. I had to wait a while to place my order because the cashier was busy playing on her phone. When I finally ordered, she had trouble understanding and responded with a rude and impatient attitude. Definitely not the level of professionalism I expected.

One of my favourite boba/ fruit tea places! The environment is super cute and cozy, often times there are small biz selling hand-crafted items inside. Their tea is fragrant and just right. One of my favourite orders is their Lychee Green Tea with coconut jelly and boba, with 30% ice and 30% sugar. Would definitely come again to try more flavours!

Taro Milk Tea is my go-to!! I get it every time I'm at YGO, it's so creamy and smooth, and it has a fragrant taro flavour that remains even after the ice melts. please never change the formula lol <3

We have tried a good number of drinks from the menu and while there are a few nice options, we would not recommend the milk teas - they do not have much tea taste. Also avoid the “starry night” drink as it is half full of ice cubes so very little beverage for the price (you cannot change the ice level - also there is minimum 30% ice for all cold drinks, you cannot have no ice, even in the winter). We also ordered the grapefruit green tea special but unfortunately it tasted like the fruit had gone bad and we had to throw the drink away after 2 sips.
